I have used Petco grooming for years but never again. Appointment was for 1:00 and dog was not taken back until 2:20. My time is valuable. Apparently corporate is demanding that dogs be overlapped or double booked. The groomers are great but I have better things to do with my time than wait for almost 1 1/2 hours past appt time.

I was concerned about bringing my dog in for the grooming since it was my first time. He bonded very well with the groomer and she did an excellent job with him. The shampoo, blow dry, and nail trim were great! I will definitely be back! :)

The people were very nice and did the work quickly. My only problem is that they did not cut Cookie's hair short enough, especially around his face, but we will definitely be back. Overall the place is clean, the groomers are great and the dogs were very happy. I will definitely be taking our 3 dogs there repeatedly.

I booked my dog an appointment two weeks in advance and they literally give me a call 2 hours before his appointment to tell me that they can't do it and they're booked full even though I booked his appointment two weeks in advance so for you to cancel an appointment you have to call 48 hours in advance but they can drop you with the last minute and not fix the problem they would not give me a different person to groom my dog anything

Be extremely careful bringing larger dogs to this location. I only did because my vets groomer was booked out. Made an online reservation for a bath and deshedding brush out for afterwards. The price I was given was 61 each. This was for a medium long haired dog.Nothing said when I dropped my dogs off. Picked them up and one dog was 101 and the other was 71. Their codes were all over the place. They charged me for large dog on one item then medium on the next for the same dog. When I asked why it was different I was told it was left to the groomer to pick the charge amounts.Both dogs were still wet and honestly I could do a better job at home.Also didn’t leave tip. Figured the 170 was enough.

Eric did a beautiful job with my Pyrenees mix. Kenzie is a rescue and still nervous when it's time for a baths, nail trims, or blow dryers. Even so, he was kind and patient with my pup. She came home a bit damp (she hates the dryer), but much dryer than when we got a bath from the vet's groomers. Her nails look great, her coat is soft, and she's dropping much less fur when she shakes.

Long story short my dog left this place with bloodshot eyes that took two weeks to heal. Please beware, i have an 8 year old toy poodle who has had years with grooming experience and never struggles when someone grooms her. I have been to this place many many times and very disappointed with my last service. I called in advance and asked if they had the same day service and the guy said yes they did that day to my surprise so I asked what time that day and he said just bring her in around 1:30 so I did. I also asked if I need an appointment and he said no because all i asked for over the phone for was a wash and brush so he said he could fit that in. When I got there, it was a different story, I waited in line and when it was my turn i told the lady that a guy said I could drop off my dog today (who was very rude and rolled her eyes at me) and she denied me because I didnt make an appointment but I was ok with not getting service but I showed her that I DID call their number and so she asked the workers and the guy finally came out and offered me service but I said no thank you and was ready to leave because of how rude the lady was to me and at this time I was feeling bad vibes but he kept on assuring me that it was ok and again, Ive been here numerous times so I thought it was ok. He assured me many times that it was ok and he could fit her in so I trusted him. When he took her back, I can see the ladies shaking their heads at him which made me upset because I felt pressured to go ahead with the service and when I got back to pick her up, she was shaking but I didnt notice her eyes until I got home. I am very upset to see her have hemorrhages in both of her eyes because she never had that before. I cant sleep over this and just wanted to warn you guys. Please don’t make the same mistake and trust easily. I never leave bad reviews but I feel guilty for letting them handle my baby. Please find service somewhere else.

Michael was very caring and professional with Aggie and myself. She looked and felt great after her session. She is not a fan of being groomed, but she was very content when I picked her up. He was very patient with her, being a senior dog.

Breckie looked great, this was the best groom he has ever gotten from here. Megan did a fantastic job. I think that was her name. And Breckie was happy when I picked him up. You can tell if the groomer treated him well. Hopefully she will be his groomer the next time

Even working around the pandemic, and the distancing, I believe that the people who work at the store are sensitive and caring. They were kind to our dog, and she was happy that her nails were trimmed. I will definitely recommend your Stillwater Petco to anyone who asks.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. Way over priced and did just a terrible job. My dogs hair is all different lengths thru out his whole body, Chunks of hair that they missed, my dog looks ridiculous... is this a joke? I wouldn’t even rate them with one star but I had no choice.

Service left a lot to be desired, did not get a call when my pet was done, then was told that I would be charged extra next visit. Pet was extremely stressed after leaving the store, and is still having stomach issues

The staff was kind with our dog. She is very nervous in public setting gs and this was her visit to the groomers. They took their time with her and even called to update me on the progress.
