I had to board our fur babies for 10days. I was really nervous about it since I had never done boarded them before. It was so nice getting text updates and daily pictures uploaded on their FB page. It really helped ease my mind and heart. I will for sure take my babies back the next they need boarding. Thank you Alice’s Ark for taking such great care of Oakley and Lilly!

When I called for an appointment to have my Australian Shepherd's hair cut, they were able to get him in right away. The staff is so friendly and caring that my dog wanted to stay there! He now gets very excited when we drive by because he remembers his experience and wants to go back. We will definitely go back for more grooming services.

I did the spa bath and my girls (2 chihuahuas) came home smelling great with a very nice nail trim. They were very nice to my dogs and I, asking lots of questions, wanting to know how to best serve my timid dogs. My only complaint is that they put a bandana around my dogs' necks that was too small for them and was way tighter than I would have liked anything to be around my dogs' necks.

Had our large dog stay for a few nights and the staff was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions, asked about my preferences for our dog. When I picked up our dog after the trip, she was happy and liked the staff.

My sitter backed out last minute and so I need to find a place to board my dog. I found this place and read good reviews. The facility is very dirty inside and out. It doesn’t look like a professional boarding facility at all, and more like an amateur doggy daycare. The outside runs for the dogs doesn’t look nice or the inside. When I picked up my dog he had a red spot rubbed on his nose (probably from sticking his nose through the bars) but they didn’t mention it in anyway. He also had spots on his from elbows that were red and fur had rubbed off. The staff is very friendly and knew him by name and seemed to genuinely care for him and the other animals. My dog was safe and not harmed. I just thing he could have better care somewhere else due to the cleanliness and seemingly inexperienced way the kennel is run.

We left our lab at Alice's Ark for about a week. She had a nice big space of her own to sleep, and they were caring enough to make sure she had time to get acclimated to being outside with the other dogs. She got lots of walks and attention. When I picked her up she was excited to see me but didn't show any signs of being anxious from her time away from home.

My doggie came home so happy to see us and he was clean! He is white so clean is a good thing, no fleas or anything. The staff is very professional and friendly 😊 wonderful would definitely use them again

Took covid seriously. Also from the pictures they posted to facebook of our dogs you can tell they care.*Update 10/13/2021Still continue to provide great service. They were very accommodating when things came up for us to still be able to drop our dogs off. They also posted a little montage of our dog in the ways she has grown up and it was adorable. Highly recommend.

I definitely will use Alice's Ark anytime I need to board my two mini dachshunds. I called a few days before boarding the dog and whoever answered the phn was polite and had answered all my questions. When we arrived at Alice's Ark and walked in, she immediately took one of the dachshunds from my husband and loved on him, like she had known him al along. It was so sweet. The employees were so friendly, which made it easier to leave the dogs for the first time. When we arrived to pick our puppies up, they didnt run to us. They were busy wanting to play with their friends that they were leaving behind. I am so thankful that I have found a place to take great care of my dogs while we are away.

I brought in my cat, who is highly terrified of dogs, to get groomed. She's fine hearing them and being around them unless they get close to her. I put her carrier on the counter and started filling out paperwork and the groomer opened her cage without even asking any questions about her, despite the fact that she was a new client. Before I could warn her about the dogs, she scruffed my cat and pulled her out of the carrier at the same time a large dog came in. The dog put his face in my cat's face, causing her to panic, and she spent the whole time too scared to let anyone do anything to her. The groomer was completely unprofessional with my pet by roughly handling her in an open area without even bothering to learn about the new client. My cat was completely calm in the environment before this incident. I'm deeply disappointed in this groomer's behavior and do not recommend her to anyone who truly cares for their pet.

Excellent, friendly, and very attentive to what the client wants (assuming it is possible within a reasonable means) for their dog’s hair.We re-booked our dog for a grooming with them because we are very happy with their services.

I've taken my poodle there three times in the past year and every time I ask them to do something (in particular cut his tail short) they do the opposite. This last time when I dropped him off, I told them we didn't need to have his teeth brushed this time due to the fact I do it at home now. She apparently forgot to write it down so when I can to pick him up, the gentleman who took payment still charged me for it and only said "She didn't write it down, sorry." I understand you still did it but I didn't ask you to, I specifically asked you NOT to. They also left his ears long and didn't even cut his beard, both of which were issues last grooming which I brought to their attention and mentioned this time when I picked him up. VERY disappointed and this is the last time I bring my dog to them.
