This is some of the worst service I've ever received at Sonic drive-in. If I could give zero Stars I would!Our order was not correct. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing time and as we were waiting an extremely long time to receive our order a female employee with dark hair came out to speak to the person in the stall next to mine. It wasn't clear whether they were acquaintances or if that person was a customer but the employee was very loudly and rudely complaining about not being able to leave work on time because of all of the business coming from the Stigler high School Graduation.One would think an employee who has a company's best interest in mind would be happy to be receiving more business. Especially considering that they were still on the clock for another half hour.I asked for a Grape Cream Slush and received what I believe was a grape slush with a shot of sweet cream in it.Truth be told.. the food sucked, the drinks sucked, and the service sucked. And I will probably never go back to this particular Sonic.

I have loved Sonic for a long time. However, here lately the quality of the food and speed of the food has been declining rapidly. Today the service in the drive thru was absolutely appalling. Went to get drinks n snacks...waited over fifteen minutes to move two cars...just to get to speaker to be ignored for an additional five minutes. This was after two servers walked past made eye contact and still said nothing. While I was there over ten vehicles pulled out because the drive thru was being ignored while they waited on stalls. This location needs to do better all the way around.

They regularly ignore you, mess up your food or drink and run out of stuff all the time. I think this is a management issue. How does a burger joint run out of burgers? How do they run out of ice cream or hot fudge regularly?? And I am a diabetic so when I order a dang DIET drink then please stop giving me fully sugared version. Y'all are gonna kill someone, not that any of you care it seems. Geez

I had to wait 45 minutes for my order that I put in on the app. Someone did make contact to let me know they were behind however another 20 minutes and I still didnt have food. After making contact someone had to figure out what my order and where my food was. It was correct but not hot.Parking: Several stalls have broken screens.

I have been a sonic customer for over 30 years in many different states. I do not know why this Sonic is so different than others but when it takes over 20 minutes to get a single soda, something is wrong. I see as many people driving off as I do parked in the stalls. Someone needs to send an organized efficient worker that's not too lazy to work to teach these people how to run this place. Granted there are 3 workers there that do fast efficient quality work. How do I know this? Because I am there every day two to three times a day. It has gotten so bad that I have been driving 30 miles to get a drink at another So I just so I don't have to deal with getting ignored at this local sonic. I hope they can get someone that can manage this place soon. I have driven away 2 times in the last month after paying just from being sick of waiting. I don't want my money back , I just want good fast service.

Ordered one #4 meal, waited 10 minutes before they even answered the intercom because no one would answer the drive through. There was 3 cars here along with myself and iv officially been waiting 11 mins for a burger... how it comes. When there is no wait or anything.. ridiculous, no point in calling this place fast food you ha e better luck going to McDonald's with 15 cars in front of you and still getting your order faster then here. Would not recommend unless you want a 20mins wait for 1 basic meal. WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR COME BACK. I'll just go set in a restaurant for these wait times

Waste of Time. They were in such a hurry to get us out the drive thru my mozzarella sticks not even cooked all the way. Cherry limeade Slush was so sour it gave me heartburn. And the person at the window tried short changing us like 7dollars. I'm Good. Thank You

They were so lost and confused. I could tell from having had a job in fast food that the problem was they were clearing the serve button long before the server was really bringing your food which made her get confused take orders to the wrong car we watched her take three other orders to the wrong car before we saw her also take our orders to the wrong car. It took over 5 minutes AFTER they said our order was on the way. Clearing that button to make their time look good is not the right thing to do because then they forget where everything goes. By the time our order arrived the chicken was cold and the Sonic blast where melting.

If there was an award for worst chicken strips, Stigler sonic win win the 1st place prize. All we got was dried up burnt strips. We couldn't even eat them!

Great juicy #1 Cheese Burger combo meal with delicious Onion Rings and sweet tea. My husband had your #2 Cheeseburger combo meal wit delicious fries and coke. The food was delicious. Great fast Service. Very polite employee car hop lady. Keep up the good great cooking.

I didn’t order because when I asked for my drink while I waited on a full cook I was told it’s up to the car hop. I asked them will you ask the hop to bring me my drink. Was told again up to car hop so I said who’s your manager on duty he said he was!!! Pffft!Food usually isn’t correctly prepared to standard like they just assume we the public don’t know about sonic food prep standards.

Service get poorer and poorer, never seen to be able to get a simple order right. Again if there were more options I would never eat at this sonic. EVER. Also check your receipts to make sure you get everything you pay for. They have a convenient way of changing you and "I apologize It did not make it in the bag" when you call them out on it. This place needs new management asap or it will be a shell of a restaurant.

They were busy so food took awhile which is understandable but ordered mozzarella sticks and cinnamon snacks and both had no condiments. This has happened over a half dozen times in past 4 months. We normally eat here twice a week.

I waited almost 20 minutes on wings, which was fine because they were hot, and then I got home and maybe 3 of the wings had sauce. The rest were dry which is annoying when I wanted BUFFALO wings not chicken nuggets. My order is hardly ever right and when it is it isn’t good.

The manager is awesome, very kind, came out to see how my food was then checked with 2 other random vehicles and asked them as well, you could tell she had pride in her job and in her crew.Well done young lady!I think her name was Brooke? It's usually pretty fast and good. Somedays it's slow and my whole order gets ruined. Yesterday I waited 30 minutes just for someone to take my order after I pressed the button countless times. Then, the person was rude and I had to wait well over 30 more minutes until I got my food. Today I was there and gone within 10 minutes. I guess it all depends on the day and who is working.

The food was hot and fresh. The car-hop was very professional. The only thing that I can say needs attention is the food boards need cleaned. Once that is done, it will be 5 stars.

I ordered a medium fry which the container came out half empty, I also ordered a strawberry slush which came out clear and did not taste like strawberry at all, I also ordered a Reese’s blast that came out with butter finger and it was more like a melted shake. I really wish I could make this up. Did not have a good experience at all.

This sonic is the laziest sonic I’ve ever been to.. these people have made me wait 15 minutes in the drive through just for drinks but I hadn’t even been given the chance to even order my drinks.. all in all if you’re looking for fast food Stigler sonic isn’t the place to go at any time of the day.

Poor service I ordered two combos with onion rings. I got no receipt was shorted one onion ring. I told them I was shorted. And they said they would have to charge me for the other one.I didn't have time to argue with them. I have never had a problem with any other Sonic. I love Sonic's.

Their hamburgers / cb are always good. Our FF & Tator Tots were cold, I could tell they were not just cooked. Overall this sonic has fresh hot food. And we usually eat here. (Sonic in Checotah).

The Sonics in stigler Oklahoma is by far one of the fastest I've been to. Great service and fast tasty food made this a very pleasant visit. I was a lil pressed for time and they got me in n out within 4 minutes. I was satisfied giving them4/5 stars for quick service and always great quality. We'll see you again .
