I come here often and usually it's fine. Today I placed an order on the app before I even left my house on the edge of Panama. I arrived a minute after my projected pick up time, and the screen told me my order would be right out. Tell me why, after I pre-tipped, I was brought cold food over 10 minutes after a carhop was supposed to be "headed my way?" This location cheats their order completion times by marking orders as delivered to cars well before they actually are. Which is a fireable offense and also can get a franchise license revoked and get them shut down if enough people report it to corporate. When I first arrived, they had actually lost track of where an order was supposed to go because of this, and were going around to cars asking who it was for. I usually dont care if they fudge their order completion times a little, but when it's affecting quality of food and their ability to get orders where they go, there's definitely a problem.

AMAZING!!!!The best carhop in my opinion is Keila, she's fast, always kind, always on time, never having a bad attitude and always understand the orders. Amazing!!!!.will definitely be going back to Spiro sonic again ,its much better than that newCafe called Betty's. Bettys is a slow Cafe with rude waiters and bad food, prefer to go to sonic, much better. Keila is the best carhop and worker there.

When I’m paying almost $3 for a small cup of coffee and it’s cold is absolutely absurd!! I pushed the button for someone to please come heat this up they said they would be right out, I waited 5 mins and gave up!!! I left it on the ground on stall 14

Lady making my food today. 1/14/24 @ 10:30 am. I watched her pick nasty food off the floor, go in and out of restaurant to deliver orders, and use cleaner and her fingernails to scrape food off trays THEN make my food no gloves no hand washing. I shouldn't have to explain how gross and unsafe that is. I open my bacon egg samich and the egg has food particles all over it and its brown like it was dipped in used car oil. Yall need to fire her ASAP

Waited an hour and a half just to tell us they didn't have half the ingredients for the food we were ordering plus they said they didn't have ice cream after ordering off their app. I went 3 towns over just to get something for my little family.Parking: Tiny parking lot especially for bigger trucks. The parking to ordering is to small in general.

We have had the worst experiences lately. Went tonight to get a blast and a slush. Took them 15 minutes to come and tell us they didn’t have any mozzarella sticks, then another 5 to bring drinks out. Got all the way home because they didn’t give me a spoon for my blast and went to take a bite and there was a long black hair in it. WEAR HAIRNETS or put your hair in a bun where it doesn’t fall in stuff. They offered to do a refund when a manager comes in. I’m so frustrated

6 months of trying and having to go to the manager, the assistant Manger and even filing complaints to see if the issue could be resolved and seems that they can find the issue. It's not hard to run a small fast food joint and see who is causing the issues. Even speaking clearly and/or having someone speak to me at my car it seemingly can't be fixed. It's the employment of those who have no care for the business. Simple order that doesn't change month after month. Complete crew change needed at this store tbh. Your car hops do not take care of the customers orders to precise detail-required, your cooks are constantly messing up orders and your assistant managers end up bagging the wrong wrong. Ask me how I know? Clear as day when generally I have to wait 15 plus minutes to even get my order or I'm denied to place the order because half the crew is unwilling to assist the 1 main hop. Don't attempt to reason with me or say I'm wrong. Been there with sonic before and was an assistant and I can tell you for a fact you guys are just careless

I don’t generally make reviews. But I feel that 3.5 stars is way too high of a rating.I’ve lived in spiro for a very long time. The sonic has stayed consistently bad. Maybe 1 out of 10 orders are correct. Most of the employees are nice tho.But I come to eat. Not to visit, so it doesn’t make a difference.

Wouldn't even rate as one star if it would allow no stars. Anyways 30 minute wait on two burgers LG cheese fry n route 44 is ridiculous all because they scanned n forgot bout my food. N during this time I was given chili cheese fries n I had to explain that wasn't mine. Then had to push the button to get find out where my food was then after the carhop comes out it's wrong again. He goes back n finally food is correct but it's been sitting for thirty minutes soggy n nasty. This is stupid do better n stop lieing on ur ticket times if u can't keep up

It was clean and they are friendly. But I dis like to have to mention this, but just for onion rings and two large pops it took way , way too long. People that was getting food was getting theirs way before I got mine if they was pulling up as I was..

I will not go back to this sonic until they shut it down and remodel it!!!!! I work in town and there is only 2 places to get anything to eat and half the stalls don’t work card readers don’t work there Always short handed an I’m done I am late for work every time I go there!!!!! I won’t be back I’m tired of paying my hard earned money for food and services that’s not worth paying for I couldn’t even get my lunch today because of their lovely system!!!! Today was the last time for me I will drive to pocola or wait til I get home!!!! Never been so discussed!!!!!!

They were short staffed..waited 20 mins and the car hop come and said my order had went to someone else and comped my meal. Waited another 5 mins for burgers that were overcooked and flung together. Fries and tots were cold.not a good meal

Every time I go there they don’t ever get my order right. They either need a new sound system or the girls take any orders need hearing aids you asked for a grilled cheese and they give you a grilled cheese hamburger you asked for an Oreo cheesecake shake they either give you a Reesie shake or just an Oreo shake one of the worst sonics I’ve ever been to

I have been going to this Sonic for many, many years. Sure, there have been times when my order was incorrect or I waited an excessive amount of time, however the average of my experiences here have been great. Never have ever had an issue with the staff; everyone is very friendly and accommodating. Will continue to come here!

We ordered 3 shakes. 30 minutes went by and still no shakes. I pressed the button and asked if there was a problem, a girl brought out our shakes a few minutes later and said they had forgot about us because our ticket got thrown away. Shakes were delicious though."A Sonic Experience!" Update: The last few times my family and i stopped n ate at Sonic Drive-In (i know of 3 times in past week n half), service was exemplary! Actually, everytime since the one time i went and was treated as if i don't LOVELOVELOVE shakes.

I'm a fan of sonic and always have been. I like their menu and love their cream slushes. This location has some very attentive waitresses. They are on the ball and always get your order right. The food is fresh and during these times of pandemic, that means allot!

Total was 1.30 paid with a 5. Change 3.70. Carhop gives me 3.50 and bolts. If you wouldnt have kept that 0.20 cents you would have got a dollar bill...fast forward 2 years I decided to give them another chance. Order a burger just a burger they make it with old hamburgers that are dry and then they throw it in the microwave to melt the cheese. I call and complain go pick up my new burger it's fresh but they put so much mayonnaise mustard ketchup on it that it's soaking wet...pathetic Sonic do not go here unless you absolutely have to.

1st: Had to find a stall that actually works!2nd: Pushed the button and got told just a minute. (Took 10mins)3rd: Person pulled up beside us and got someone to answer them and place their order before someone answered us again.This is worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, leaving it to be an example of what not to do when you are the manager of a sonic.

Has been wonderful! My last 5 trips they have been able to not prepare the order correctly. How hard is it to not add pickles?...but this last time after making it perfectly clear (3 times) mustard, no mayo....only at spiro !!!!!!!!!!

Something at this location has changed over the years. It used to be really good, now they don't change grease regularly and the food is not as good as it once was. The tomatoes taste like they are borderline no good and have a funny taste to them.
