601 W. Broadway. Spiro OK. 2/23/22 around 9:45pm. Young black girl attending the store was quite rude. No greeting or eye contact when I entered, nor when I approached the register. When she handed me my change, I said "thank you" but still, no response and no eye contact. I happen to be highly skilled in the art of customer service and I can tell you for sure, this young woman is an absolute 0/10. These kids today just don't care about anything but their phones and their social status. Exceptional customer service is a thing of the past. Very disappointed with management decisions of my local E-Z Mart.

I always get my gas at the EZ Mart at 601 W Broadway in Spiro, OK. Today I stopped there to fill up. I swiped my card at the pump and it said " begin fueling", so I did. The pump was stopped at $48.35. I went inside to see what was going on. I was informed that another customer had paid for gas on pump #1 but that it got put on pump #2, which was the pump I was using. No big deal, I thought. Then I was informed that I would have to pay $48.35 cash or they would call me in as a drive off. I had to use the ATM in the store and pay a $2.50 transaction fee to avoid going to jail for the employees mistake. In the employees defense, she called her boss and that is what her boss told her. That is a poor way to do business. I've spent a lot of money at this store in the past. After today I will not spend another dime there. Only gave them one star because I can't give them zero.

Great little store, friendly people.It does need better or more parking lot.Hello everyone guess what, the employees have been parking in the back parking lot saving space for customers in the front..and it's working.

good convenience store. The coffee is great and the prices are reasonable. Gas is the same price as other stores in the area. Gas pumps are clean and I saw very little litter

All I can say is ....Just ask for Chris Kinnerson, the most knowledgable wheel and tire guy. Whether you need it rotated, plugged, or mounted he's the man for the job. No charge for a quick look!

I love this place. There have been quite a few times they have been kind enough to just talk to me because I was clearly upset and have a rough time. This isn't just a convenience store this is a family.

Lots of room for big trucks and trailers. Not the cleanest store. The whole place smells of grease from the fryers .
