Brought our own food with instructions. Our dog stayed 48 hrs. We were charged for three days and... she came home and had diarrhea for three days.

I cant begin to say enough good things about canine cottage. They have went above and beyond for my family. My dog is 7 years old and has always hated going to any boarding facility and she loves it here. The staff worked with me on my pick up of my dog after I had a loss in my family and had to pick her up later then planned. They accommodated around my schedule, and kept me updated on my fur baby. They ensured my dog had everything she needed and bathed and nails taken care of. They ensured my dog was at her home away from home. This boarding facility might been smaller then most people are used to, but i assure you YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. So much that I make a 2 hour drive when going out of town just to bring my dog here. There is about 15 boarding facilities closer to my house, but if it means my dog is taken care of in ever aspect and loved and cared for i will continue to make the drive. This is my dogs 3rd time staying here and will not be the last. You will not regret it one bit leaving your dog here. Love the staff, the facility and the care!!!!!!

Took my dogs there the first time today. All three of them look great and feel extremely soft. There no obvious missed spots, hidden fees, razor burns, or snips on them like I received from multiple groomers in the area (poteau Oklahoma to fort Smith Arkansas). This was one of my dog's first grooming appointment ever and they did great with him. Lastly, my mostly blind senior miniature schnauzer that's a piece of work was returned to me without panicking which is super rare. It's about a 40min drive from my house, but definitely worth it.

Prompt friendly service. The facility was so clean. The services are so reasonably priced. Thank you for the wonderful grooming y’all did for Scooby. He looks even more handsome. You could tell he was not anxious at all with you ladies. We will definitely be back to see you again🐶‼️

They got us in with super short notice! It was our Shi's first trip to the groomer and they were so good with her not over doing anything so she would not be traumatized. She looks absolutely beautiful! Super nice wonderful people! We have found our Shi's groomer! Thank you Canine Cottage!

This place utterly sucked. Called our dog an inconvenience because she used the bathroom in the kennel because they didn’t take her out enough. Tried to overcharge ya for an “inconvenience fee” so it was 10$ a day and she stayed 4 days so it should have been 40$ and then she tried to charge me 60$. She flat out got told no. And then my fiancé tried to call and complain and was hung up on. I’m sorry but if you can’t take the time to walk a dog that was left in your care you shouldn’t be in business. I will never go here again and i will continue to tell everyone how sucky this place is. It i could leave no stars or half a star i would.

You can tell they love their jobs. We just got nails trimmed, no grooming but from what I saw they are clean and the animals are well cared for
