Plenty of handicap parking! Store was clean, isles were clear and staff was very friendly! This isn't my regular Walmart, so I did have to ask for help locating items, everyone was super friendly!

I’m giving a one star review because of the service I received when I had went to return a towel rack and a monopoly game. These things has been purchased within 30 days, I just did not have the receipt and couldn’t locate my receipt on Walmart receipt look up.The team member who was assisting me made me use my debit card to look up to see if any of the items were purchased on my debit card, the towel rack wasn’t (because it was purchased on my boyfriends debit. However he no longer has access to that same debit card) but the monopoly game had. After she made me put my debit card in twice separately to look both items up, she turns both items over and says “you can’t return any of these items” but did not state why. I looked at her and asked her why she couldn’t, she gave me the dumbest answer ever. “The towel rack wasn’t on the debit card so I can’t do a return. I also can’t do a return on the monopoly game because it isn’t fit to be in the store” like ma’am, I have returned many things back and every team member who has helped me scanned my ID and gave me back store credit. Rude for that team member to have the audacity to roll her eyes at me. I wish I can never return back to this store however it is the only walmart In Skiatook.

It's a small Wal-Mart super center. It carries enough for the small town, but many take trips to owasso for better options. Not many options available at this location. It's a pity as the employee's are nicer and more approachable. Hate the company overall, but this store has nice people. They're the only thing that I'm giving stars to the review.

We had a large screw in our tire and it was getting late and raining. Vince was so very helpful by working us in and patching our tire so we could drive back to OKC. Thank you!

I dunno what to say, I've never been hit with any falling prices. Sometimes I can find deals while dodging all the boxes of things they can't stock orderly. I see more and more China and lesser made in USA

Not sure if their truck just hadnt been there yet or what but they were out of so much. Bread, butter, some things they didnt even carry. Think Im going to have to drive out further cause Owasso Walmart Supercenter has just about everything.

Shopping at skiatook Walmart was so sweet the workers was so helpful so was the store manager I will go there lot more all workers are always waiting to help you thank you skiatook Walmart

Tried for 2 days to get a prescription transferred to this Walmart. They acted like they were way too busy to bother with helping and the pharmacy clerk William was a complete buffoon. The story is way too long to print here but I would never recommend using the pharmacy at this Walmart.As an edit to this post, the Walmart Pharmacist, Travis called me the day after this published to explain their predicament and apologized for the slow response to my request due to the fact they were understaffed the past couple of days. Thank you , sir, for taking the time to call and explain. I have changed my rating to 2 stars simply because of your actions.

We purchased products throughout the store and garden center. Product availability and selection was excellent. The team was professional, friendly, and courteous. The parking lot and store were pristeen clean. In summary, our experience from the car and back was excellent. Great job! This is representative of my Walmart experience everywhere I have lived, worked, and traveled around the world.

It's a usual Wal-Mart. Almost always busy. The store is kept clean. It's easy to find what you're looking for. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. There are times It's hard to find staff for help in some areas. Such as jewelry and dressing rooms, for example. Shopping around the staff that shops for online orders can be annoying. It seems like there is more staff shopping than customers at times, and they are so focused on their online list that they are not mindful of th3 customers actually in the store. It's more of a "hustle and bustle" type of shopping experience, and not really enjoyable anymore.

I will do ANYTHING to avoid going to Walmart. Today, I couldn't get out of it, so begrudgingly tagged along, dreading the rows of horrible buggy drivers & people who just stand in the isles. And guess what? I didn't have a single panick attack or have to cuss anyone. I had to get a nail removed & plug a tire. Everyone in that department was super nice, helpful, friendly & FAST! Thank you people of Walmart for a pleasant experience today!

This Walmart will allow you to schedule a pick up from 9-10pm and then shuts down their pickup at 9:30. Wasted my time and money. The order pickers are VERY flexible with replacement items if something you purchased is out of stock. I once got strawberry flavored fruit snacks instead of actual strawberries

I like this location especially for unexpected things you won't find at other Walmart. The clothing department is awesome. So much cute nice things. Not too crowded and nice people. Of course prices are up everywhere, but many things are a bit cheaper here than in nearby stores.

They never seemed to have things that have been sold out restocked in a reasonable time. They also constantly stock things in the wrong spot or blatantly advertise a lower price than what it actually is only to wonder why your checkout cost is so ridiculously and majority if not all could care less about assisting you but seems they all are aspiring to be ASSET protection by uncomfortably following you around and inquiring about if your soda that you walked in with was purchased yet or not. 🙄😮‍💨😶😞😠

It's Walmart it's always too crowded and customers don't pay attention to other people when they're shopping. So I usually have to do it for them. I've noticed lately the prices don't match the tags on the shelves about 75% of the time. 25% of the time items actually ring up higher than tags say. Annoying

They never ever have checkers. And then they act rude when you have a big order. They need to have more people checking instead of just standing around up front watching everyone. I feel bad for the kids that work there because they have to deal with not having help and the customers being hateful...
