Extremely poor customer service. I'd give 0 stars if I could. I ordered Selina Celtic Salt on their website and drove 2.5 hours from Oklahoma City because none of the stores within 50 miles had any. The website said they had 9 bags. I ordered those 9 bags, but I only received 8. When we arrived at their store to pick up, no one knew where it was. They had to look for it. After it was located, it had a note stuck to it about another customer wanted the same salt. Very incompetent employees to leave that note stuck to the box! Hence the reason I only got 8 bags. One was given to the other customer. The person that called me claimed to be a manager and said she personally picked my order (I highly doubt that, but whatever!) Then I contacted the customer service and simply asked if I could receive a gift card for our inconvenience, but they refused. I didnt even specify an amount, and any amount would've been good. They do not care about their customers, only their wallet! I will go out of my way to avoid them from now on.

Always loved this store, but loved it more when I brought my dog, Belle, with me on my last visit. Everyone was nice to her and gave her treats. She was very comfortable around all employees and that made me happy because that was her first trip to a store.Great store, great staff.

Ran in to get some supplies for chicks on the way & everyone I encountered, from the lady up front who greeted me & gave me good advice on shavings, to the guy in the back that quickly located what I needed were freakin awesome! Super friendly & knowledgeable. Thank y'all for being y'all! 💗

Excellent and helpful customer service. My wife and I are in there often for our various pets and the staff is good about telling us what products to avoid and what they recommend. Also are very good about checking to see what they can do to help out!

We go to Tractor Supply for alot of things for our yard & now this time of year Christmas! That's right! It will be here in a blink of the eye. They have an awesome selection of toys, home furnishings & gorgeous smelling CANDLES & MELTS.... I love their scents for fall that no one else carries!

Annoying when they have specials marked at a certain price in the aisle but not at the register. Not worth the hassle with the cashier who is not at fault but doesn't know.It's just as easy to run out to Atwoods instead.

Had an issue in the Skiatook store and complained to customer service. Tractor Supply customer service said that the store manager would call. That call never happened so I simply do not shop there anymore.

All stores seem to be laid out the same. However, the Skiatook store doesn't have as large of a clothing section. Also, very few woman's clothes at this location.

This place has whatever you need for farm, outside or inside. The employees are nice and will help but the lack of employees is why I gave a 4 star review. It was a little hard to find an employee to help.

They are like a regular feed store only bigger. They have pet supplies, food for wild birds as well as pet birds. There is clothing, and shoes for all family members. There is farming equipment, and certain times of year they have baby fowl for sale.

Purchased a Metal Man Mig welder. It was on sale over the Thanksgiving weekend. I came in to purchase the welder a day after the sale ended and they honored the sale price.
