Blue loves going to SAHO! We just began using their services and so far it has been excellent 👌 the Vets are knowledgeable, great with dogs, and off a convenient service plan. The doggy day care is Blue's absolute favorite! With a pool and playground equipment and bubble days... If we go to SAHO and he doesn't get to stay and play I get attitude the rest of the day 😂 We most recently used their grooming service and Courtney did a fabulous job 🤩 I told her what Blue wanted and she nailed it perfectly! Now his swagger is fitting of his personality 🤣

SAHO was able to get both of my babies in same day, got them medication and they were much better the next day. My dogs loved the techs and the doctors. Even my skittish old girl warmed right up with no problems. They followed up through text a few days later just to check on them. We will definitely be back!

We have used SAHO for years and love the staff. Unfortunately their costs are so very high that we will be changing vets and groomers. Hate to leave but our fur babies annual check up is more than 3 kids and myself. Too bad really because it drives people to leave according to Google and yelp reviews.

SAHO Skiatook has failed our family and has failed our Nova girl. Her life was taken too soon. Something so tragic to our family they have made severally worse with their lack of empathy and customer service durning this difficult time. Dr. Amber Nissan and staff have been nothing but careless. What we thought was a milestone of her sweet life taking her to the SAHO Skiatook to DR. Amber Nissan to get her check up and first shots ended in a tragedy. They made her severely ill, quickly killing her we have zero explanation and they act as this is completely normal we do not believe she was giving the correct medication doses for her weight and or the right vaccine. I do know we will never be back to them to find out (I’ll update when we get here necropsy report on results). We know she would still be here today if we didn’t take her in. We pray no families have to go through this like we have. Our heart will never be the same and we will miss this sweet, well behaved, oh so smart and quick to learn baby that loved us and we loved endlessly. We will forever feel we failed her by bringing her to such careless Dr and Vet clinic. I came to this vet bc I lived in the town but I wish I would have research SAHO Skiatook first before taking her there reviews show the horrific tragedies and service they provided to many families and not just to ours.Update to response, I’m just not okay with saying something that is well beyond the untruthful but I am happy that someone from this office has some compassion and kindness so that’s nice to hear because that is not what we had been given by either staff or the doctor when we have called.Sadly the lie in this is just ridiculous, when we called you it was because we were concerned we obviously called for answer and direction. We were told that vomiting along with other symptoms could be some side effects (NOT AT ALL WERE WE TOLD “NO” OR ANYTHING URGENT OR OF ANY WORRY FOR HER FROM YOUR OFFICE TO GET HERE INTO OWASSO) and was told you were closing and if we wanted we could take her to Owasso to get checked. We were calling to see if there was a need to get her in, if it is normal, has this happened before and what to watch for and mostly what to do. Our phone call with your office made us feel there should be no concerns. It was made that she would be fine and to keep an eye on her, which we did there was zero other signs that she was going down ZERO until Sunday afternoon she played, acted normal, she went potty and died within 20 mins of just that.So let’s stop pretending for a minute that we were told that your office had concerns or we would have been there.Also, Thank you for the education on vaccines and ages for shots unfortunately with rescue’s that time limit isn’t always feasible. I also seeing a lot of animals passing after being vaccinated and given heart worm medication it’s truly sad how common it is maybe you can put your education to good use and see what is causing those things to harm them, maybe there is tests you can do before giving them to them and mostly letting your clients know that is they see ANY signs after in your care then to get them back to see the vet immediately.

I will not ever go back to this hospital. I took my Yorky in for nail trimming and it was $30. I think the price is outrageous. I can take him to Owasso for a grooming for an additional 25 or $30 which I prefer to do.

After yesterday, all I have to say is that my heart is absolutely BROKEN, and after the thousands we have spent with you, and all of the questions, we still have no real answers. Now after writing you a $670 check to do literally nothing, you sent us home with an all of a sudden terminal pet. Our agreement was surgery, you prepped her, decided you may, or may not have found something else wrong after she was already sedated, called us, told us she was going to die, then made us pay the bill? How is this okay with you? These measures should have been taken well before her surgery date yesterday so that we all had a clear understanding....not an, "Oh, I found something else, and it's going to cost three thousand instead". My husband recorded the conversation.

SAHO is always on top on making sure our pets are well taking care of. They send out reminders by text and e-mails to make we are aware of what shots and needs they may need to stay healthy. Dr. Nissen and her staff have always been professional and answered all questions we may have had.

We're new to this vet - just took our 2 dogs in. Dr Spriggs & the whole staff were very helpful & caring.Our little one had an allergic reaction to a vaccine & we had to rush her back in. They not only treated her quickly, but called the next morning to check on her. We're very impressed!

We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Spriggs and his staff! Dr. Spriggs is one of the most compassionate, trustworthy and honest veterinarians that we know. He and his staff go the extra mile to make sure every question is answered and there is nothing that can be misunderstood. We drive through four towns just to get to this office and we would drive through many more just to see Dr. Spriggs.

I just loved Dr. Kelly. He spent time with me and my new pup. She didn't even know she was getting a vaccine at all. Very happy with his knowledge sharing and ability to relate to my concerns. The staff has always been great, but my latest experience has been above and beyond. My pups litter mate and friend was diagnosed with parvo. They were honest but also reassuring. Breathing a sigh of relief just now. So glad to have such great care and service so close to home.

Dr. Temple is a wonderful vet. He takes great care of my dog. Nicole also does a great job grooming her. Ellie love her too!! We also boarded our dog there and didn't have to worry about her while we were on vacation.

I've been told by a few people not to come here. My dog had an infection and needed to see a vet. Everywhere I called couldn't get her in for an appointment. So I finally called SAHO and they got me an appointment the next day. My dog is a rescue and can be very standoffish/intimidating to strangers so I was a bit nervous. The lady came out to get her and sat on the ground until my dog was comfortable with her. When they came back out my dog was acting like she does at home happy and excited I was relieved and surprised at how well they handled her. The prices are pretty decent also for her infection with the medicine and shot she had to get it was only $98 and they called a week later to check up on her. Im going to be taking her back there to get fixed which I was quoted for $110 which is great for a place Ik will do the job right and help her recover. I highly recommend this place for any pet medical needs.

I have 3 dogs and I’ve been coming to SAHO since they were at their old location by the liquor store. The staff is always happy to see you, prices are fair, their location is well kept and clean, I never leave feeling like they ripped me off, and it’s easy to get an appointment. Very happy they are here in town and I recommend them to anyone that needs a veterinarian for their pet.

We had to put down our beloved furbaby, Lil'Bit, today. Everyone at SAHO was very kind, caring, and considerate.They explained what to expect and, assured us she would not be in pain, any longer. This was the only emergency vet we could find on a Friday afternoon. Our Yorkie was in bad shape after eating some roses. No one seemed to care. But these people rushed us in after lunch, were reasonably priced and our dog is better after some fluids. 100% recommend!

Other places couldn't get my Doge in- he had injured his paw and was in pain. Saho got him in that morning - they were friendly and helpful ALL the way through- on the phone, when they came out to the Car to get Rocky AND the Vet called me and explained everything I needed to know afterward.Lastly when I arrived to pick him up one of the Staff was out in the Dog run playing with him and he was having so much fun! AWESOME Vet!

This was our first visit!! Its a nice facility and most of all they care about the animals and the people. From the 1st phone call to make our appointment to us walking out the next day. They give excellent care and service I recommend them highly and my cat Lacer has anxiety!!
