I went into this dollar tree and received the best customer service from Amy. She knew where every product was that I was looking for and checked me out very fast when I was in a hurry. Really love this store!

I want to start by saying that I love this store, it's awesome and always find what I'm looking for. But WOW- the employees they have.... 😯 AWFUL!I was getting stuff for my kindergarteners 100th day of school shirt project. Went to where they have the children's plain t-shirts (which are all just thrown into the small dollar tree handle baskets- which is totally fine). When I got to the shirts, two employees were stocking the socks right above the shirt bins. The woman says which bin is which, but they only have boys, I say that's fine, it's for a school project, but thanks for the heads-up. She kinda huffs at me and rolls get eyes while shaking her head (like shes irritated). I start to look through, trying to stay out of her down the isle from where shes at. I find a shirt that my child approves and go to walk away, and spot a shirt that would better fit my child, the employee is not trying to work in that area either, so I grab it and kinda look under it. Immediately the lady, looks over and looks to her co-worker and says it's not like I'm not working my way down that direction and makes a loud irritated sigh then says " those are all the same, your not even in the kids, those are down there like i told you! Thats women's, and your wasting your time, if you only find one that's it, nothing else will be under the socks I'm trying to put away!" I just say " wow, okay. I will get out of your way." And she says wow some people are so rude!This was such a stupid, unnecessary confrontation and just , really? I get they are at work and trying to get what they need to get, done. But it's also during business hours and it's a flipping store... where people shop and sometimes have to look for stuff. Just totally rude and so unnecessary and made me feel like a Karen. 🤣Get better employees Dollar Tree! 💵🌳

After getting to hear of the details of Angie's dry birth that I didn't want to know at all, I finally got checked out 20 minutes after getting in line. The store is disgusting. The owner needs to do something about this mess.

The male manager I guess is what he was. LOUD, RUDE, DISGUSTING! He treated his workers horribly, and there was some loud mouth other worker defending him, cause he takes her to work, and treats her nice outside work. SOUNDS LIKE FAVORTISM!! She was the only one defending him all the other workers look like they were shrinking away from BOTH of them. They were both so toxic!! No wonder that store is starting to look a mess those workers can't do anything with those two horrible people. Corporate has been called, and will continued to be called. No body deserves to be treated like how those two were treating their workers. And one poor girl said it was her first day. I hope she finds better employment quickly.

The best dollar tree I have shop at in the area. The employees are very friendly and always greet all the customers as they enter the store and employees have great customer service skills. Always someone available to help or find a product for the customer. I am actually a cashier there and the store has improved alot since a year ago. So come on by the dollar tree and shop sometime.

I have been to many Dollar Tree’s and this one in Skiatook is by far the best Dollar Tree around! Cheryl always works hard to get the merchandise out and organizes her store so that it feels roomy and convenient, Mike and the other associates are always pleasant, friendly and don’t mind answering questions or helping a customer find items. I love my experience there every time!

The place was a disorganized mess. Trollies of boxes down several aisles. Nothing stocked, n stuff scattered all over the store...in the 3 dollars trees I go to, this is the norm for their appearance...it is hard to find anything esp when the manager doesn't even know what they are stocking. I found some Halloween stuff on half price, n found the same items in the area where they are usually, n I mentioned to the manager, she had no idea, and ran off to find the items.. it is so disorganized, and a customer has a difficult time finding any items they need.

They need to expand by buying the building to the east that used to be hollywood video but now is a furniture store, and add a descent freezer and refridgerated cold food section and few extra isles of other items!

Clean and very organized. Variety of products for the whole house all for $1 or less! Staff is very friendly and helpful. They do tend to lack check out help when it's busy I had to wait a while in a long line with only one cashier.

Visiting the dollar tree is a daily adventure the staff has really gotten the place looking good and seems to be so much more stuff on the shelves

Prices are good, but the store is never clean, there are always boxes and carts with boxes everywhere, sometimes you cant even reach product because of it. It feels like everyday is truck day and no one knows how to stock

Just wanted to let everyone know that the pictures on this site are not what dollar tree looks like now it might have looked this way a year ago but the new store manager and her assist managers have been working hard to get this store straightened out. I know cause im one of the asm thank you

Grab light up phone cord. Cord still work great but not as bright. Lol 1 buck is better than 15 buck at convince store to have same item
