Nice well stocked store but one cashier couldn’t ring up the bolts I needed. Required me to go back to the shelf for some numbers twice. I gave up then another person told to just get the prices so I went a third time. Most stores have plastic bags and pens on the shelves but not here.

ACE Hardware in Skiatook does not completely fill propane tanks. They charge a flat rate by the tank size, not by the actual amount that was refilled. They fill by weight and charge by the gallon. Employees should be resetting the meter between tanks, but they don't. Pay attention to the meter, do a little math. You are probably being shorted.

We bought an item with faulty batteries and brought it in to return. Our experience was wonderful and they even brought to our attention an amazing deal we overlooked when we originally bought the item. The customer service was absolutely amazing and the staff is beyond helpful. This is an outstanding business.

I like this little store. Very Friendly staff and knowledgeable. I have found I can walk in and tell them my goal and they lead me right to what I need. Prices are obviously not big box store level. The knowledge when I need the help is more than worth while.

This store is amazing, out of all the business's in town, we love spending our money here. The layout is perfect for getting assistance quickly, it is always clean and orderly. I feel at home when I walk in and most EVERYTIME they have what I need. The bathroom is awesome, it to exceeds expectation, I only wish the combination lock wasnt there, i seem to forget it everytime.

Awful. Very nice looking store but good luck getting someone to assist you. They'll look at you as you're trying to conjure some help and quickly turn their head to try and avoid eye contact then scurry away like cockroaches hit by light.

Great people working there. They have a pretty good selection. The only negative is the lumber prices. If you're not buying very much its better than going to HD but if you need a lot it's better to make the trip to owasso

Apparently nobody works there. Just stand around talking to each other, while no one tends the front register. Customers can walk in, walk around for 10 minutes, and walkout without one word from the employees. So much for being "Ace- the helpful place."

I was lied to. My wife was lied to. They tried to charge me $120 to fix my 1 month old chainsaw that was smoking bad. I talked to the manager and he said it was the carb. When I questioned them he said they had pictures and that it was all messed up. I work with chainsaws everyday. Turns out it just had old gas in it and needed to be poured out and was a $60 fix. A 60 dollar fix that took 2 weeks and had to be sent to owasso to be handled. One of the employees also tried to gossip to my wife saying that I was making a big deal about the whole situation. I was lied to and they attempted to overcharge me for an unneeded repair. I'm a working man, when someone tries to steal food off my kids plate it is a BIG DEAL. Also the owner scheduled a meeting with my wife and I and canceled the day of. Haven't heard anything since

EVERYONE please read this these people at this store are amazing they helped us so much today we made so many trips to this store for parts to our plumbing pipes an we went there one last time to get this last part we needed and they were closed this guy that worked there was jus leaving an we had nowhere to go except drive to the next store in owasso an we had no gas left so he took out his time and energy to help us an re open the store just so we can buy our last part we needed I thank him an this store so much people like them are a blessing

These guys are top notch!!! Had a plumbing problem at my home, and these guys opened up their closed store at the end of the day to sell me a vital part that I needed to complete the job!!!! Thank you sooooo much!!!!!!
