Last couple times I’ve been here have been a bad experience. Last time I watched an employee fiddle INSIDE his pants and continue to bag food back and forth. This time it’s the kids messing around hanging out Yelling at eachother in the store. All while they were burning the hell out of these cheddar bites, no cheese inside just a hard shell with some cheese on the outside

Not the first time my order has been messed up here, but today, I ordered cheddar bites, and got cold cheddar peppers. Also I ordered a bbq chicken wrap, and it is ice cold and raw in the middle. Not just a little bit, but pink mushy cold chicken. Called manger and basically got told to come back now or deal with it. I’m 7months pregnant and was on my way to a doc appointment and couldn’t turn right back around. 🙄

Very disappointed in the double stuffed oreo blast I ordered March 17th at 9 p.m. There was mostly ice cream and hardly any oreo pieces that only looked like it was mixed at the very tip top of the cup. I'm sad to say that I will never go to another sonic again. You have lost a customer with this 2nd time of this happening.

This Sonic on Harrison and 45th Street has been doing a lot better over the last several months. Yesterday I had to wait over 20 minutes at least for a milkshake and a Blizzard. When I finally got the 2 drinks to take for the Doordash order to the customer, they were melting/soupy. Not good. At the time they brought them to me I was answering the customer about what was going on with their drinks. I know they get really bust sometimes but...

The place to get drinks!, my own opinion the drive thur window should be for drinks only 😏 you can park in the stall and wait for food. The ones who use the drive-thru would like a speedy order and pick up. On another note, I was told by the guy at the window who handed my drinks that we would have to stir out drinks to mix the flavors... hum uh isn't that your job? First for me

This place is absolutely horrible! I wish I could give it zero stars because it don't even deserve one! I have been here four times in the last 2 years and all four times my order has been wrong. Today I was brought out the wrong order twice and then when I finally got the "right order" I get home to find out the gave us 2 "value" size fries (soggy as hell)....not the mediums we paid for & no cheese for our pretzel twists AGAIN! This was after waiting 25-30 minutes for 2 fries , 2 mozzarella sticks & 2 pretzel twist. The staff & management at this store are completely INCOMPETENT & have been for some time now. Do yourself a favor a go to the location by Shawnee Bowl or Firelake.

Slush machines were down, and it took 2o mins waiting for them to figure that out. My entire order was nothing but drinks, but we waited longer than people ordering food. I'm not impressed. Won't be back. Good luck at this location they need all the help they can get. It's also crazy cause Shawnee is where Sonic was founded, and yet Shawnee has the worst sonic locations it seems. Waste of time.

This sonic is supper slow and tried to rush people every time we go and the food is very cold we had to wait an hour just to get our food they forgot my kids food so they had to go back and make a grilled cheese HOW LONG DO YALL TAKE TO MAME A GRILLED CHEESE? Never received our drinks and we were never able to get anyone to talk to us about a refund.It's been like this a lot lately, never can get someone to talk to you and they take ages to bring you your order.Used to be a good sonic but has gone downhill.

Wow. Just wow. Carhop Ashley is rude. All we did was ask if there was ketchup in the bag, she said yes (there were 4 salsa packets but no ketchup) I would've called and asked for some brought out but the hateful comment about only $1 tip was uncalled for. Thankfully we don't live near here and won't be visiting this location.

$4 for a sweet tea is ludicrously over priced to say the least. Especially when our company and I spend a TON of money here a week...and "on the drink list" was what I was told to tell them.Price gouging for a sweet tea you can get anywhere else in town for $1 to a $1.50

Employees are usually nice. However, the slushes are typically watered down with no pungent flavor. Got a butter steak bacon cheeseburger; there was NO BACON or MAYO, and the toppings are supposed to be onions, bacon, cheese, and mayo. Tater tots were completely overdone. It’s hit and miss with this location, sadly.
