Take our husky fur baby to Kayte to be groomed. She always does an amazing job grooming Mitzi and pampers and loves on her the entire time!!!!! Mitzi always looks even more beautiful and smells soooooooo good. We won’t go anywhere else to have Mitzi groomed! As long as Kayte is there that is where Mitzi will go!!!

This is the first time I’ve been back since the opened after the tornado and I brought my fur baby with me. She did have an accident and I didn’t have anything to clean it up and didn’t see their cleanup station. I also had my hands full. I saw an employee and apologized profusely to which he rudely said “you could maybe like clean it up, the cleanup station is like right there.” In the past when an animal had an accident the employees were very professional about it.

Love this store!!! Always have the cutest & coolest doggie clothes & gear for my bestest lil buddy, Lucius. He got a bunch of new outfits for his bday in January!! Also I got him an awesome winter coat & he loves it! Some people make fun of dogs wearing clothes but for some dogs its necessary when its cold or raining. My dog has really short hair, no hair under his arms or on his belly. Luckily Lucius loves to wear clothes! Loves to be a show off!!! Unfortunately he is an insane chewer so finding him a good, durable chew toy was a must but even the most $durable one they had, he destroyed in about 30 minutes! 💚🐕👕🎩

Didnt have enough of our dog food we have wolf's and they are spoilt to pedigree in the big cans, I know others may only buy a can at a time for their big dogs but alot of us need a flat at a time and it would be great to get a discount for buying it a flat at a time, this time we had to get some of the little cans just so they got their flavors, when asking if they had more they said the truck would be in tomorrow and we can just cone back. For some ppl that is not an option when they live over 30 miles away

Well we went in to look at the fish, but several of the tanks have really bad Brown algae blooms and one tank had all the fish on the bottom (50+) dead and some fighting to breath. All but a few of the Betta fish were dead. Was not happy so we left.

I have used this pet salon one other time and had a bad experience (both dogs were still wet and smelled like dog.) I thought I would give them another try and purchased an upgraded package in hopes it would help. I purchased a bath only with the essential package. Yet again she was still wet smelling like dog when I got her back and she had a boy colored bandana. I’m sorry but other places I have used have never given my dog back wet. Will never use this PetSmart grooming again.

The lady at the register had no customers so she readily, physically showed us where the item was that we coildn't find. With customer service being at an all time low these days I was impressed and appreciative.

Sometimes they have what I need sometimes not. The fish section is what I'm most interested in. This trip they didn't have what I needed. They don't carry brine shrimp eggs which I need regularly. I have to drive over an hour each way because it's the closest shop that has them. The selection of live aquarium plants and fish is very small.

I have attended beginner intermediate and Advanced obedience classes with great success. The store is always clean well-stocked and the employees are very knowledgeable and are eager to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

We have started taking our fur babies here to be groomed.The reason we switched here was because of the affordability open schedules and awesome groomer, Kylie!They have been great with our pups, and each time we pick them up, they look amazing and seem to have just come from a couple hours of vacation!Scheduling and appointment reminders have been top-notch. Very communicative.The facility where the dogs are at is very well kept, and the Stagg does a good job to keep a safe environment for your fur babies.Don't knoc on PetSmart because of the big name. These people working are local and do care just as much, or more than some other local groomers!

Always have a pleasant experience with the staff while visiting. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because it's hard to get a good variety or selection at this store for my pets that have specialty dietary needs. It's the only downside I've had though.
