The HoliDog Inn is the best grooming facility that I have used in the last 25 years. The attention and care that they give their client animals creates the lowest stressing environment for a dog that is being groomed. My dogs hate riding in the car but once they get to The grooming they love being there. I would recommend the HoliDog Inn to everybody .

It was my first time boarding my dog and they were very understanding (yes, I cried) they even groomed him during his stay for me. Sent pictures and it was a good experience.

Beware! Dropped my rescue dog off for one day of boarding and nail-clipping. The front desk person calculated my bill based on me picking her up between 2-4 the following day (dropped off at 2 and told her it would be about the same time or slightly later the next day for pickup). I prepaid the entire bill including the nail job. I even asked when they closed to ensure I picked her up on time. I arrived at 4 the following day to have the same lady tell me I owed another $11 for "pick-up after 1 pm". She did not calculate this in the bill nor did she mention it when I said it would be 2-4 nor when I asked when they closed. The additional charge is NOT disclosed on any signage in the lobby. My last trip to Holidog. I made reservations the same day for a May boarding at another business. 2 stars are because the nail clipping was done correctly and I have NO indication of poor care of my dog, only poor business practice and no disclosure of add-on fees in signage or at the time of drop-off or when I prepaid the entire bill that they calculated.***edit You can see in my review above there is no mention of liars or claims of which person checked my dog in... so I am not sure what the owner is talking about here. He misses the point entirely: Holidog calculated the bill, not me, at 2:00 pm when I dropped my dog off. I told the clerk I would be back "about that same time or slightly later, between 2-4 pm". The bill did not reflect any late pick-up fees. I asked as I was leaving when they closed in case we were late getting back; no mention was made of a pick-up time cutoff. No mention of late fees on the website or in the lobby. I told the owner when I left that what he charges is irrelevant to me, it is his business not mine... he can charge whatever junk fees he likes. I only ask as a former customer, that they disclose them on the website, in the lobby, when they calculate and require me to prepay the bill, when I tell them the time range that I will pick up my dog, or when I ask them their closing time ( 5 chances for additional fee disclosure).

I would like to say thank you to everyone at Holidog. We had to recently say goodbye to our special little girl. They were always so wonderful to our little Trudie. As she got older they made sure to make her comfortable while she was there either for grooming or for boarding. If you are new to the area and are looking for someone that will treat your fur baby like you do then this is the place to go. Thank you again for all you did for her.

We want to thank everyone at Holidog Inn for taking such good care of our little dog. She is a sick dog and when she had trouble we were kept well informed of her condition. They were very good to her and they gave her a bath and groomed before we picked her up.

I have a 4 year old Shih Tzu who has never had her eye lashes cut. I specifically asked them not to cut her eyelashes. When I got her back both eye lashes were cut. She will not go back.

Very nice place. Everyone was caring, friendly and welcoming! They took great care of my babies while I was gone. This was their first time boarding and I was super nervous. They sent me daily pics of them and I could see they were completely happy and enjoying themselves. They are such a great team that definitely cares about all their guests! I definitely recommend them as I will most certainly be trusting them with my babies in the future.

Holidog has been absolutely amazing!!! The staff are very friendly, accommodating, and has great communication with their customers. The facility is clean, and grooming has been over the top from other places I've used. When using the grooming service you receive a report card along with a treat to keep you informed of the experience. My dog Rip is a very active dog (basically non stop)...he attends daycare. He comes home relaxed and tired. I have used a couple of daycare facilities in the past in okc and holidog seems to be his favorite! Thank you for taking care of my pup Holidog!!!

The groomers and staff here are awesome. They truly love the dogs. Our fur baby is a rescue and takes awhile to warm up to strangers but not the people who work at this place. She went up to the groomer, Stephanie, immediately. Her cut is adorable. I would highly recommend using Holidog. We are so happy we found them!

Best boarding I've ever dealt with, period. I have had two Jack Russells boarded here multiple times and they have always been exceptionally well cared for. I recently had to put my older JR down and when I mentioned it to them upon leaving my little boy there last time, I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers yesterday in sympathy. That speaks volumes about how much they care about their clients. I've never had a moments concern about my boys when I left them and they both seemed to really enjoy their visits. I highly recommend them.

Our fur baby received such excellent care while we were away. This was our first time boarding and they were wonderful and patient with answering all questions and giving us ample time to say our goodbyes before we left for vacation. Everyone was so friendly from booking to pick- up. Will definitely recommend to everyone and use again!

Very nice facility, and the employees were all very nice. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs. I had my dog groomed and boarded for 2 nights. She was beautiful when I picked her up. I was really at ease while on vacation, knowing she was indoors and being taken care of. I will be back!

HoliDog is great! Everyone is so friendly and you can tell they all love every animal that comes in! I took our 5 month old doodle for grooming last week and he looked + smelled so good! This morning I dropped him off for boarding. The process was super organized and I felt totally comfortable leaving him for the weekend. I also love that they post pictures and videos on Facebook!

I got my dog's nails cut here. I knew she would be difficult, but it seems like they had no issues with her. They even gave us a treat afterwards to sweeten the experience. We will definitely be back!!

Had all 3 of my Border Collies bathed and groomed by Stephanie and her team. They did a Wonderful job on my girls! Extremely nice people, and a really nice setup in the building for the dogs. One of the girls even played ball with 2 of my girls while they waited for me to come pick up my girls. My girls Luv these people and so do I! Oh, and very reasonably priced as well.

They had a lot of patience with me, as I am the over protective dog mom. They took really good care of my boxer, and he had a blast. I loved that they knew what they were doing and very knowledgable about dogs and introductions. Staff is wonderful and polite, and VERY helpful.

I used to take my dog to PetSmart to get her faith and trimmed. Every time I pick her up she was scared and shaking. So I thought I'd try another place. I was told that this groomer/order was fantastic. After having my dog bathe and trimmed at this location I would have to agree. Everyone was extremely friendly, they were good with the dogs, when I went to pick my dog up she was not scared or shaky she was licking the groomer she was excited to see me of course but she was not afraid of the people there. That was a relief to see.

I loved the atmosphere at HoliDog! My boxer struggles with anxiety at times and the ladies did such an amazing job at making sure she felt comfortable and welcomed. I was so happy to see her excited and relaxed when I picked her up. The only thing I can say is that the standard for a bath is a good price. However, I did feel that the price could have been lowered a bit because my fur baby didn't require any trimming and was pretty low maintenance. $40 for everything is a great price but I think it could be lowered to maybe $30 for low maintenance or could possibly include the teeth brushing with the $40. Other than that I loved the overall experience!

A wonderful place to board a dog! My dog loves it when I take him there! I trust them to take good care of my dog. This is the only place I use to board him because it is the only place that makes him happy. That relieves any guilt about leaving him when I need to go somewhere without him. I have paid for and loved the “extra” where they send me a photo of him every day. I highly recommend The Holidog Inn!

They seem to great people, this was my first visit, my other fur baby goes Thursday for her grooming. The lady that took care of Sadie was very compassionate and seemed to really care about my girl. I feel confident that my Thursday appointment will also be good. Thank you all for taking care of my girls

I have used HoliDog in the past but this was the first time my 12 year old special baby had been there. He is a chihuahua with congestive heart failure. I have never left him with anyone in the past but unfortunately he was unable to go on vacation with us this year. I was very hesitant to leave him but put my trust in the very capable owners and staff at HoliDog. They listened patiently when I explained all of the instructions I had and assured me all would be good. I called several times while i was away and they always took the time to reassure me all was well. When i picked my boy up be was happy and well cared for. I would definitely recommend HoliDog. I can now go on vacation and have peace of mind and relax knowing he is treated like one of their own

My dog (pit mix) is so happy to go there, she practically drags me to the door when we arrive at HoliDog for grooming. I take her frequently to get her nails done and every couple of months for the full treatment. She LOVES everyone there.
