I gave Dr Marr 1 star because the spay surgery went well on my daughter's cats. Other than that, he was the most sanctimonious unprofessional businessman I've ever met. He wasn't very nice when I dropped off cats. But he was absolutely nasty when I was running late to pick them up. He threatened to keep the cats until Monday (2 day extra charge) when I was 10 minutes late to pick up cats on Saturday morning and he screamed and yelled at me the whole time I was there (all of 5 minutes). I apologized numerous times. He also called my daughter and yelled at her for being late. She was crying hysterically when she called me.This man may be good with animals but he has the worst bedside manner I've ever experienced. I will NEVER EVER take any animals to him again much less recommend his practice.I admit I was late, but did I or my daughter deserve to be treated like that? No!!!

If I could leave negative stars I would! $150 just to get my dog that died back, that was in their care is pathetic. The doctor/ vet, whatever makes him feel good about himself, threatened me to come up there and also said the cops would be there too. Very professional for a doctor/vet

Dachshund’s are delicate. Mine will hurt himself trying to get back to me. At Dogwood, I am allowed to be present during the visit and my dog is much more cooperative with me there. My dog liked Dr Marr and recovered quickly from his diagnoses.

We took two of our cats here and the vet was great. The prices were great and he even worked with me allowing me to pick one of them up early to fit into my schedule. I definitely highly recommend him to everyone.

Don't come here, it's just one dude working at this vet.Whenever my cat was dying, he turned us away, because he was apparently too busy to help us. When really, the lobby was quiet, empty, and I only heard one dog that was audibly screaming. Go somewhere else for help.

DR. Marr is an AMAZING VET. My family is happy to have him. He takes great care of all my animals. He is a wonderful surgeon. Every time my husband and I go to his office the place is so clean and homey. Great service and he is very professional. Thank you Dr. Marr.

1st time visit today. Dr. Marr did a fantastic job with my rat-sized chiweenie dog. He knows how attached we are to our little fur balls. Pricing is extremely reasonable. Bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it. Thanks Doc!

I begged these people to help a puppy I rescued but because I didn't have any money that day they didn't care. She died. I'm sad, my kids are sad and asking why there aren't more good people like us willing to just help a defenseless animal. I have no answer other than veterinarians only care about money, not pets.

I just called do see if they has a surgeon on staff, he answered yes we do. So I explained about my Yorkie Maltese mixed puppy that was attacked by a Coyote 4 days ago and that he needed surgery on his neck because the tendon's/ligaments were tore in half and he can't hold his head up I asked if they Did that type of surgery. The man replied I've never heard of tendons in the neck. I said Well maybe it's ligaments then he I've never heard of that either. And I should just go to wherever I took him the 1st day . What an unprofessional way to speak!! Horrible and unprofessional way to speak to a customer who is trying to get her injured dog taking care of!!

I switched to them and the prices are better, service is more thorough, getting an appointment is easier, and they don't try to peddle you sponsored products every time you go. I had a pup get surgery here and it was quick and cost me less than $150.

My visit offered exemplary medical, personal and emotional support by Dr Marr and Heather. I have a rescued female collie mix I named Gypsy as well as her 7 magnificent 3 week old puppies. Gypsy was dehydrated, needed, vaccinations, wormer and flea & tick treatment, all of which she recieved. She was also diagnosed with a tick-born disease and was administered antibiotics with a RX sent home for her for 10 days. All my worried questions were addressed, advice and instructions were given very gently and kindly. I brought one of the puppies and she check out fine. Dr Marr spend a bit of time loving on the little one and we were very relieved and very satisfied with the services rendered. I would recommend this veterinary office and will be returning on a regular basis as the need arises. Thank you, Dr Marr, for allowing SPAR (Saving Pets At Risk) to hold an account until funding is available, and hopefully donated by our community. You are a blessing and Gypsy and her pups are doing great! Everyone is urged to assist us in rescuing and catering to dogs like Gypsy and her brood by paying on our account, directly to Dr. Marr during your next visit or calling the office with credit card information. The vet was very nice and did a great job with our Ava. We were in and out very quickly and even though he quoted 50-125 for the visit it was cheaper. I like this place a lot and would definitely go back!

He literally doesn't care for the animals at all!! Worst vet ever!!No empathy!! I show up cause my dog ate something that would kill her he says okay and what do you want me to do I'm like idk do something! help?? He says fill out this form but it will be a while and just walks off like he couldn't care less... like what the heck!!!!

Wow if ur could give a negative 100 I would I called the vet to see what my options were for a 7 week old kitten with a broken leg and couldn’t afford the 500 so I asked if he had any suggestions and his first suggestion was euthanization what happened to vets going into the profession because they loved animals it’s so sad that they focus on money so much they would rather kill a hurt baby then to heal her
