My husband and I stopped in to buy our dogs their treats and my husband wanted to get ammo. We were standing at the ammo case and 2 employees walked past us and didn't say anything. They continued to talk to each other. We gave up after standing there 10 minutes and walked to the front. There was 2 other customers,one at ammo case with us one at the gun counter. Not one associate came to help. It was slow as it was raining out. As we walked to check out, every employee we saw was chit chatting and standing around. We checked out at customer service and the cashier was training someone new. I informed her about our experience at the ammo department and she says, oh I know who those 3 employees were. Knowing business was slow, you'd think employees would want to help customers for sales. Very disappointed.

They have excellent customer service every time l have gone in the store. I think they are 1 of the fastest stores that answer calls. I have had to call several times, and they always answer the phone in a timely manner and answer my questions. Thank you.

Good selection of goods, clothing, and animal feed. I always enjoy going there. My only criticism is that many of the items don't have prices on the shelves or on the item. Update Feb 24, more items are marked now.

Found the boots I wanted to get my son for Christmas, on sale. I also found him 2 pair of jeans on sale for $15 each. It was my 1st time here and I could've spent most the day there looking at everything. Unique is a good word for it.

Autumn is one of the best cashiers that I've met in my whole life she's so friendly people person kind loving down-to-earth I asked her if I could get some fresh popcorn she stopped everything she was doing and went right over and got me fresh popcorn such a sweetheart a blessing a great experience will recommend this place especially to go to Autumn she's so kind

All hunting items on sale…. Til you get to checkout then oh no not that one. Might wanna move the big bright green sign right in front of it then. Cashier was nice some old lady manager got an attitude. I woulda had an employee tell me the price before going to register if there was one to be found.

The people here are very friendly and there’s a large selection of everything. A lot of items don’t have prices marked, which is frustrating. They have some fun novelty items, but prices can be a bit on the high side

Atwood is a great place to shop, Free popcorn is back and it is good popcorn while you shop, a staple of all Atwoods prices are competitive if not cheaper, firearms sales are really good deals as well as ammo. Nice place to shop.

I have purchased Victor Plus dog food here on multiple occasions. Unfortunately, Atwood’s does not stand behind their products or have any integrity when it comes to pet safety. I bought one bag that was patched and ended up with mice infestation. On two other occasions, I bought large bags that were infested with worms. The first time it happened, they were kind to replace the bag. But the second time it happened, they refused to even when I explained that my dog had experienced a seizure for the first time ever! (He is a healthy 2 year old goldendoodle that goes to the vet to get routine health checkups.) I am most alarmed that they have no care for pet safety and still sell packages that have been entirely opened and re-taped (see below) at a “discount.” (I never got a discount when I purchased a taped bag)… and are not putting your pet’s health first. They put profit over sanitation and health. Therefore, I will not buy a single item from this store ever again. Please be cautious if you buy any dog food or treats from this store and keep the bag to prove your purchase if you run into the same issues that I had.

This is our go to store for all of our farming needs. Employees are very knowledgeable on anything you need. We buy stuff for goats, donkeys, chickens, dogs and cats! They also carry items for humans! Lots of instore sales. Look for the large orange signs.
