I always have a good time when I go to that grocery store it's 16 miles from where I live which is a lot closer than Canadian and if I can't find something they know exactly where it's at and they take me straight to it and I know them and they talk to me and they're very polite and nice and they carry out your groceries no matter what time of the day it

It’s a decent store. Sometimes I have decent sales but I can never get my Apple Pay to work here and if you’re using Apple Pay it’s kind of frustrating so unfortunately, I avoid this place more than I would like to tell the employees and they just stare blankly at you and don’t understand that it’s not working and maybe they should call and see if someone can get it fixed. Also, if you look at the meat case it looks like it’s never cleaned. You can see old dried blood from who knows how long the sanitation in the store is a bit lacking.

They actually carry your bagged groceries to your car, and load them. Very down home atmosphere. Fresh produce, complete selection including exotic fruit, and vegetables. Well kept/ clean, and quite an extensive meat department, and selection..Also, fresh deli w pre-made salads, and sandwiches. Management has gone above, and beyond in hospitality, and ensure their customers are satisfied by taking personal orders of specific items, if not on the shelf, or nor enough available. Ex: case of Knudsen Family juice. Special ordered, and informed me when it was available. They've foy all bases covered there.

It's wonderful to have a grocery store so close to home that we can support but also supports our community in return. Venture Foods in Shattuck has put a lot towards the school here and that's wonderful! I'd like to give a special shout out to say thank you for donating the pumpkins for the second graders book report projects. We had a lot of fun with that at home!

I go here many times a week and I can honestly say that they are essential to this community. They hire high school juniors, seinors, and sophomores to give them after school jobs.They are always happy to tell a customer where an item is too. Overall, a very good staff and business.

It's a nice, clean store. The prices are a little high but most small town grocery stores have a higher mark up. They have a good selection of items and some local items also. All in all, it's a good grocery store and I like shopping there.

We live in Shattuck. We shop there on a regular basis. We really appreciate the special treatment as regular customers and locals . I write this review today because of special circumstances. The lights flickered and knocked out the internet . So electronic payments were not an option. Maddison said … I got you guys 😳 I was amazed by the kindness and zero hesitation. That’s why I will continue as a loyal customer. DJ ‘s and Maddison’s and Logan’s and Wes ‘s . Small town greatness at its best 🙏🏽

Each time we are in that market the staff is exceptionally helpful and we learn more about their customer service!Living in the upper Northwest corner of the Texas Panhandle we have a choice of four markets within in a 40 mile radius and Venture is by far the best!!!Neither my partner or I enjoy marketing, but Venture makes our venture enjoyable!

This is a great grocery store with a surprising amount of specialty foods. Their app offers great coupons and freebies and I highly recommend downloading it. The staff there are friendly and helpful as well.

I'm not a fan of venture. There staff is under paid which shows in the care and quality of the food in this market. More times then not food we buy is expired. Or go on sell because it expires a week before. The health and safety of this store is poor and the town of shattuck suffers
