First time ever in this store.Was on a quest to repair a cabinet hinges. I had only two little parts needed, 1 hidden hinge (In stock) and a runner hanger(none on shelf). A lovely lady employee named Vicky came to save the day Thought I was out of luck when I saw none on the shelf and even she pointed it out. A few minutes later she returned with one in hand. I had to give her a BIG hug exactly what I needed. ..Kudos to your Staff for going that extra mile..

This is a terrific hardware store. I stop in here all the time for things and the staff here is amazing. I have never been in this store once without a associate asking if I need some help within 2 minutes. Alway seem to have what your looking for. Don’t assume they don’t have what your looking for without asking because a lot of items are outdoors and you won’t see it. The only complaint I have is gentleman in the lumber area could use some manners.

Very friendly and professional service. Clean, open, well-lit store. Great prices on ACE a/c filters. Not the size or selection of a Lowe's or Home Depot; but more helpful knowledgeable staff, and you can get in and out much more quickly. I will definitely go back.

I purchased $ 1500 worth of shiplap and other wood from this company out in Shawnee Ok. They were excellent to work with, delivered my materials to Norman, and their prices were very good. Their manger Dan is a super nice fella.

I came to get a sheet of drywall and had my 2 kids in the back of my SUV. The kid working there cut it so it would fit and didn't disturb the little ones in car seats, fitting perfectly in the back. Amazing service I wouldn't have gotten from the bigger home improvement chains. I will definitely be coming back.

I was looking for an endmill router bit. They didn't have what I needed exactly but I think I found a bit that will work for what I'm doing. The folks where really nice, and helpful. Everyone was cheerful and smiling, and there was a great feeling of small town friends and family. You could tell they knew there usual customers and their needs.Total 5 stars from me.

I purchased supplies for fence building and installing a wood stove. The employees there were professional and friendly. I was able to purchase all the supplies I needed for several projects and the pricing was fair. I will be using them in the future especially once we are living up there.

My husband and I were needing to kill some time, so we decided to brous around ace. The employees kept following us asking if we needed help. We couldn't even carry on a conversation. If I need help I'll be sure to ask. Please let us enjoy our time together. Maybe they have problems with shop lifting there.... Whatever the issue is we will not be shopping there again.

I drive to Seminole (17 miles) when there is an Ace 5 minutes away from my house. well worth the drive. Super great service, extremely friendly staff, and all are knowledgeable. Really like this place.

Excellent store with very friendly and knowledgeable employees. If one person doesn't have an answer there's always someone else who does.I always enjoy going in for tools and materials as they have a very good variety of products as well as an excellent lumber yard.

Good customer service and a quick place yo get your main hardware. Their lumber is usually stocked and straight boards are easier to find here then they are you know where.

The Seminole store has limited inventory on some items but they are great about helping you order what you need. If the item is in stock in Shawnee they will have it sent to Seminole the next day. Really helpful and always ready to load things for you.

Bought a valve from here and they wouldn't take it back because of the virus. Funny since it probably came from China to start with. The new Texas owners got to keep my $14.00 but lost my business. Can drive to Lowe's and save 20 % and get better lumber any way.

Friendly and helpful service. I needed an 8 foot Length of pipe and it was only sold in 10 foot or 5 foot lengths, so they custom cut an 8 foot piece.

Prior follow on special order product. Caused major delay in my customer service. It took over 14 days to get my order that was due in in 7-10 days. I would not recommend any special order product from this company.
