Great frozen yogurt crunchy cups. I can't eat ice cream. It is similar to blizzard from DQ. Definitely recommend it whether or not you're lactose intolerance .Dietary restrictions: They offer frozen yogurt as a substitute for ice creamKid-friendliness: Kids love ice cream!Wheelchair accessibility: no stairs and easy access through main entrance.

We were in the drive through right behind one other car. When it pulled through, we pulled forward and waited and no one asked for our order. My husband even said we are ready to order twice and still nothing. Another car pulled into the other drive and they took their order, we waited thinking that they would then take our order and yet another car in the other drive thru gave their order. We then pulled around and went inside. Inside the cashier tried to short us $2, and then after ordering sweet tea we discovered that it was empty in the dining area so I asked for them to fill it with the drive thru one. It also was empty so they just handed me my cup back, like sorry about your luck. I don’t drink pop so I then went back to the front and asked for my money back for the tea. Only then did they get a manager to make tea. The combination of these events resulted in the customer being very frustrated rather than satisfied. Please do better in the future!

Food and service is fantastic! I don't know if today was just a busy day but the dining room and ladies room are pretty dirty. No clean tables. Tables either have food or grease on them. All the trash cans are overflowing. It is 3pm on a Sunday with no line at the register and 8 seated parties in the dining room. I believe they can spare someone to tend to the lobby. And yes, I mentioned the issues to an employee. He said he will get someone right on it. We received and finished our meal with no employee coming to clean. Many employees have walked past the mess in the photos. One is even taking a break near the mess. smh.

The food is the only thing great about the place. Some of the employees are nice and helpful, but others not so much. The atmosphere is not what I expected when I witnessed the female night manager yelling and being rude to several of the employees. There's an obvious tension between the employees and management. My overall experience wasn't the worst but definitely not the best. Having fast food experience, I know that the attitudes from the emloyees is linked to how they get treated by their coworkers and managers.

If I could give less than 1 star...RUDE people in drive thru!! 😠 Sat waiting for 15 minutes past the drive thru. When I backed back up to the window to check my order and get a small ice cream(the order was taking long)the cashier told me, He would not get me an ice cream, and that I needed to pull forward again! I have had issues with long wait times here before, and I understand, about getting good help, as My wife and I operate a restaurant ourselves in another city. But to not at least try and accommodate an elderly customer, especially one that has been patiently waiting.. I think I'm done with braums if this is the best they have to offer.

By far the best customer service and food! Shawnee and Tecumseh could learn a few things from this one.Updated...Well, I think Braum's Corporate Office listened to all the reviews and then took all the good staff from here and it's starting to show now. Their service times and customer service at the drive-thru are horrible. Bring back to good staff.

It's Braum's. Always good for a burger; of course, the ice cream is where it's at. Nice to also have the option for a small grocery for those little things you need and don't want to go into somewhere big.Vegetarian options: Not very many options.Kid-friendliness: They sell some of the best ice cream on the planet...good for little kids and the big kids.

The person who waited on us on Saturday Aug 19, a Hispanic female, was the most polite and customer friendly employee ever. I sure hope Braum's treats her right as she's one of the more valuable employees there. I tried offering her a tip but she refused and said 'it's enough that you came in today'

I don't go to Braum's expecting high end ice cream but it's still really good. My favorite is the molten cake sundae.Just be careful because it's easy to polish off a double sundae even if your plan is to save half. I tend to do it myself since the double is like 80¢ more than the single but I tend to eat more than I should.
