Rang the bell for service and waited. Rang again and waited. Rang bell several times and finally a gal came out from the back. She wasn't rude but definitely nor excited ro help me. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito. Took this picture to show just what you get for your $5. Seems fast food is has become a great way to get rich. Prices continue to climb and portions continue to shrink. I can't wait to see how the owner justifies this review. After reading some of their replies to other reviews it is clear they don't use these to improve. ie. Trucker Casey's review reply that he didn't wait. His food was out in 5 mins. How do you know that. Casey didn't provide a receipt number or the date and time he ordered so you couldn't possibly go back and check.

Ordered on the app at 12:29 for pick up at 12:35. Waited until 1:00 to get an order update and were told “that it would be probably another 10 more minutes before our order was ready.” It was 2 drinks, some mozzarella sticks & cheese tator tots and while I understand there were a few others there that had ordered too (& a few drove off after waiting) unless you have a lot of time to wait for apparently anything, l’d think really hard about stopping. I had to call corporate to get a refund (we paid via a gift card and they said it would take 7-10 business days to get it credited to their own sonic gift card.)

I used to work for multiple sonic locations for about 5 years total. I even skated/rollerbladed as a carhop for 3 of those years. Each time I come to this location they absolutely suck. I've tried giving them multiple chances, thinking it's just a rough day/night. They've failed to bring out the red tray per normal policy, failed to bring receipts and to even read the order back, don't offer condiments or anything else, and every time something is messed up. They're rude on the headset the majority of the time and in person at my window. Don't waste your money or time at this location.

I have traveled to many different states. This is the best sonic by far! The parking was easy with a horse trailer and plenty of room to walk the dogs. The cheese covered every tot, and the burgers were all marked. Drinks were perfect, 4 cherries in a rt 44. The service was friendly, and communication was easy. I am a sonic fan for many reasons; I am am Okie, I love cherry limaides, and I had the pleasure, as a home health aide, of taking care of the founder when he was sick. He would be proud of the store and their excellents! Visited 4/14/23 @ 12:30pm.Parking: This store is connected to Philip's 66 gas station.

This place has issues that need to be resolved. I walked in the travel stop and noticed a couple waiting at the counter. I elected to go to men's room, and when I returned to the entrance I heard an employee behind the counter tell the same couple "you're gonna have to wait". Wait, what?! That's not how you speak to customers. That is simply rude! And, based on the responses I've seen in the reviews, management won't take responsibility for their poor performance. I travel all over the state and have never experienced anything like this. Get it together or simply shut the doors. By the way, I received excellent customer service in the travel stop when I elected to purchase a bag of chips instead.

Took them 30 minutes to make my order. I order a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger no vegetables a large fry and a large sweet tea. They still manage to completely mess it up gave me a double cheeseburger everything on it no bacon and a regular unsweetened tea and the fries are cold and stale like they’ve been sitting there for 3 days.

Despite the challenges they faced, they managed to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.Speaking of the food, the menu at this SONIC location in Seiling, Oklahoma is extensive, offering a wide range of options to satisfy any craving. Whether you're in the mood for classic burgers, mouthwatering hot dogs, delicious chicken, or refreshing drinks, they have it all. And let me tell you, the quality is top-notch! Probably the worst place I’ve ever been to. Waited for over 10 minutes in the lobby at the counter waiting for someone to walk out and see if I needed to place an order. While waiting, I got to listen to gossip about each of the individuals days and vulgarity was used regularly! Decided after 10 minutes to walk in to the alternative part and get a soda from the fountain machine. Would not stop here and if anybody from SONIC that actually works or owns this business may need to decide to get better employees.

I understand that Sonic has really gone downhill since they have new owners at corporate but this side is definitely the worst sight... Getting a side of fries with the route 44 cup of ice with my chicken sandwich was apparently trigonometry and once I actually got my chicken I'm pretty sure it was cooked multiple times I couldn't even bite into it it was so hard so glad I stopped to grab a bite to eat on my weary travels

WALK UP COUNTER USED. APPROXIMATELY 3:35 PM ON 3/21/2023; STOOD BEHIND 2 EMPLOYEES TALKING TO EACH OTHER, UNTIL ONE NOTICED MY PRESENCE AND ASKED IF I HAD BEEN WAITED ON. NO WAS MY ANSWER. FEMALE EMPLOYEE WALKED BEHIND COUNTER AND APPEARED TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING TO STOP TALKING. (I ALREADY KNEW WHAT I WANTED.) SHE ASKED FOR MY NAME. I DIDN'T WANT TO GIVE HER MY NAME. SHE TRIED TO JUSTIFY HER REASON FOR ASKING MY NAME. I TOLD HER I DID NOT UNDERSTAND, BUT WANTED A NUMBER 4 MEAL. SHE STOOD THERE IN DISGUST AND GENTLY SHOOK HER HEAD NO.
