The lady behind the convenience counter was by herself and overworked but maintained a positive attitude.But if you get Taco Bell...Check your order before leaving...Ordered a $20 box of 12 Tacos and ended up with three tacos and three burritos.Was already 10 minutes down the road so just chalked it up to a lesson learned.

if you want to travel to the moon and drive through the lunar craters, then you need to go to the back yard of the parking lot, if extreme is not enough for you, then feel free to go to their shower, you will get real pleasure from boiling water, which after three seconds changes to ice water, and after three seconds it changes to boiling water again. The result is that you will ride on the lunar surface, get burns in the shower, will not wash off the soap well, and will be the happiest person on earth to go on to meet adventures.

I stopped in this T/A to take a nap and then leave. When I woke up to leave i found that my brake air chamber locked up. I've been here for 5 days waiting on a brake chamber. There is this one lady that works the counter in the shop, crystal. She is unprofessional and rude. She sends her techs to go get the air chamber only to bring back the wrong part. Day 2 She sends in the wrong part number to the dealership. Day 3 they manage to get the right part number and had to wait until the part arrived. She's has given me attitude the whole time I've been here. I've talked to cooperate and the manager, nothing has been done. Crystal still works here. Avoid this T/A at all cost.

We came to the stop for fueling up. We did $600 in fuel almost. And we decided to get subway. Man! The mistake of my life. The lady Brittany do not seem to like work or her job. She was miserable. Told her to toast the bread, meat, bacon & cheese roasted. And then she asked me if I like my bacon crispy, I’ve never had any subway ask that question. She was fussy about it, asked me twice.Later I told her to wrap the sandwich separate, it was for 2 kids. She answered she can’t, if she does they will have shortage of paper to wrap and cant make sandwiches anymore. And started to mummer, and we asked for manager info. She wasn’t ready to say anything. But the lady at the cash register, was better. She asked her to do it, but Brittany walked away.Later she said, if you want them wrapped separately, Pay for 2 - 6 inches sub. She was so adamant. Later she stated her name and the manger name and told to do what we can do about it. She could be racist. But the fact she was an offspring of once an immigrant Great grand parents too.Since this subway is managed by TA corporate. This needs to be addressed. There are other reviews about the girls at subway. They are not a fit for service industry. No customer should ever have to deal with it. Staff needs to be trained esp such brats before hiring them.I’ve reached out to a manager and General manager. Let’s see if they call back, if not this is escalating to corporate office as well.

Bus passengers come BEFORE truck drivers at Taco Bell!! We went in to get some lunch and coffee. Behind us a passenger bus pulled in and everyone unloaded. The women's restroom had the handicapped full if fecal matter so only two extremely small stalls available. Later found out that "it just flushes slow" yet no sign or anything to hold the button down guess they just leave it until someone comes and flushes it. We went to Taco Bell and were about the middle of 5-6 people. My husband ordered a couple of burritos ( nothing special) sat down to wait, noticed the bus driver getting back in and some passengers going outside. I then heard Taco Bell calling up people who were BEHIND us with larger orders. I asked my husband if he noticed and he said yes, he knew why. He actually heard the manager tell the staff " serve all the bus passengers first"!! Are you KIDDING me?? Truck drivers are on timed breaks just like bus drivers, why do their passengers deserve special treatment? I can guarantee that the constant flow of truckers is what supports this TA and all TA's . I'm absolutely appalled that we actually had to wait until the room was empty until we received two burritos!! We went over our 30min break because a manager at Taco Bell favored passengers in a bus over the 'not as important ' truck drivers of America. Second star is for the awesome cashier that worked at the TA checkout.

This place us spotless for a truck stop. They clean the showers on their hands and knees. Very nice staff. Bathrooms cleaned continuously. Staff remains nice in spite of messy drivers leaving their trash on the bathroom floor after staff cleans it.

We stopped here for gas and a pee brake. When we were pulling up a lady was washing the pumps! The staff were super friendly and the facilities clean - the ladies washroom could use a little TLC

Nice truck lanes. OK bathrooms; cleaner than some but not great. Terrible selection of food and drinks, and some of the beverages don’t ring up at the correct price.

SURSIM USA INC.Today we had a problem with the fuel pressure, which brought us worry and big concern. I think , that was The Lord directed us to your service, apparently knowing that you would not leave us alone on the way. The service workers were highly qualified and knew their job perfectly. And literally in half an hour they fixed the problem and my truck is on the road. Guys, may the Lord God bless each of you. On this wonderful Christmas day, you helped us celebrate Christmas with Joy. Merry Christmas to you and God bless you!

Walked all the way to the facility. Mind you are parked in the very last row because everything else is Reserve A Parking with a sack full of dirty clothes looking for a laundry only for them to tell me that they don’t have one close the entire facility. Why would you have a truckstop with amenities and not have a laundry and at least have it on the app that you don’t have a laundry I am livid. I’m not spending a dollar in here.

The staff here is very friendly, their parking lot is over all pretty spacious, clean pumps, clean restrooms, hot and cold drinks the list goes on.

Truckers stop giving your money to TA all they want to do is separate drivers from their money! Hence the name TA, Take Advantage! Really don't care about drivers! TA is only good for one thing 😁 used them for there parking 🅿️ 5 wings not whole wings for 11.00 bucks and charge you for internet and parking 🅿️ for ever 100 parking spots only 5 are free and they charge you 20 bucks for 10 hrs! Please drivers we got to stop them! It wouldn't let give them no stars!

Wow! My son found this amazing TA and it was right on time! We are moving cross country and It still feels like summer… My odor would definitely singe your eyebrows off! The bathrooms were super clean with a pleasant scent! Barbara and Kyle were soooo beyond kind to us… thank you for everything!

Lady over fuel desk totally stupid, i met her earlier around 3am. I am member with TA last two years. I was out of showers. I asked her if I can get shower on my brothers card but she completely refused

Stopped for coffee and to grab a sandwich from Subway. 4 coffee pots, all EMPTY. Stood at the subway counter for 5 minutes with no sign of anyone actually working there. Complete waste of time. If you’re westbound, hold out for the Flying J a few miles further on.

Diesel pumps practically don't pump at all. 15 mins and got 3 gallons. 100000% do not recommend. 2nd time stopping here and same thing each time. Workers aren't friendly and place isn't very clean/nice.

In the way of a TA, probably one of the worse I've been too. Has the feel of a mom and pop still (understand it used too be). They don't have typical laundry facilities, but if they have one of their washers available, they will help you with it. Restroom seems quite a mess, but its also busy so they may not have had a chance to clean it. It's an ok place to take your break is about all I can say

At 7pm may 21 we came to buy subway after pumping diesel $1200 2 girsl at subway from start very disrespectful asking me what u want etc etc at the end we requested the sandwich to be cut half they said we cant do that if you problem call corporate???? We never had problem what was the need to be rude from start asking me to call corporate? These 2 subway staff didn’t seem to like their job and misbehaving with every customer.

I was definitely not dissatisfied with my decision to stop here. The parking lot has a doggy bag dispenser which was very convenient for me to walk my dog and pick up after him. The restrooms were amazingly clean and smelled great! I also ate at Taco Bell and the staff was very friendly and quick to serve hot, fresh food.

Every time I come here for truck service I call in 10-15 mins before pulling into to see the wait time, every time they tell me they got nothing going on. I pull in and in the 14 mins since I talked to them they developed a hour wait. One time maybe but not every time. They just want you to pull in.
