Your cashier “Misty” decided to give me an attitude because when I gave her my husband number it didn’t say my name It said his. So what if I used my husband’s number I use it for everything! And then when I decided to walk away she screamed at me!! I may sound like a total Karen right now but I tell you what ! That was no customer service I’ve ever known. I don’t care if she was having a “bad” day that ain’t no way to treat customers.

Every time I have been to this store almost I have had a problem at the register. The last time I went it wouldn't accept any of my cards. I couldn't even pay with cash the lady told me so instead of having me check out on the other open register I sat for like 20 minutes or longer waiting on them to figure it out. And it's not the first time having issues with incompetent workers. Just ridiculous.

Sayre Ace is the place with the UN-helpful hardware man. The first person who tried to help me was clueless, she tried to get the manager to help but he was too busy chatting with his buds to get off his chair. This wasn't my first bad experience at this store. The staff is clearly burned out. Maybe time for new management.
