I got a water leak at my residence. After dealing with few companies touting about their expertise and charging cut throat rates, between $365 for the first hour and $195 for subsequent hour. These companies not only couldn't pinpoint where the leak is but also neglected to shut the water connecting to the toilets.Out of frustration, I spoke with my friend and she referred me this plumping company, Wooten Plumbing.They gave me a reasonable estimate and sent their expert leak detector with the promise that the job could be done in an hour or two max and I only need to deposit $150 to get them started.The leak detector came from Edmond with all the tools and very knowledgeable. Within 45 minutes he found a potential leak location.Their team leader, Jeremy Vick, even lied down on the ground and tried to reach into the hole making sure that their finding is good.He also kindly reminded me that the cost of detecting the leak is included in the final bill.Wooten plumbing did a very thorough job. They did everything they promised, and showed me compassion for having bad deals earlier.Anyway, I highly highly recommend Wooten Plumbing for plumping issues!!Lam Tran

I’ve never written a negative review of a company…until today. Wooten came to my home a few days ago to repair three toilets (replacing the insides) and repairing a part of my water tank. $2,500.While here, the plumber broke the handle off of my front door, so I can’t open my door from the outside. They said they will reimburse me for its replacement which is standard, but it’s one more thing added to my list to take care of.Today I woke up to my garage completely flooded. It sounded like it was raining! I called Wooten and they came out and said it was a hole in a hose to my water tank. I could chalk this up to coincidence but something similar has happened before - they made a repair to my water tank and a few days later it was leaking to the point of the water closet ceiling collapsing and there being water damage to my child’s room.They have said today’s leak couldn’t possibly be related to the work they did a few days ago. What an interesting coincidence that twice now my tank has leaked after they’ve worked on it. Another $825.I read through other reviews and think it’s worth noting that most of the negative reviews are from women, with one saying she believes they took advantage of her because she was handling things on her own (like me).I’ve never written a negative review but I wanted to share my negative experiences to hopefully prevent others from having to deal with the same (expensive) headache.

I don't/won't recommend them. Did work for family and left a huge mess. Did not clean up after themselves and did a lot of unnecessary damage. Worker fell through the ceiling in the garage and only partially repaired the ceiling. Kitchen sprayer no longer works correctly. For the price that was paid, it should have looked better when they left.. it now looks horrible. Will not recommend

Austin and James were fantastic and very kind. They were able to help and give solutions to problems. They are very knowledgeable and truthful. Mikayla answering the phone is very kind as well and very helpful in scheduling an appointment as best and as soon as she could. Thank you for your kindness, knowledge and helpfulness with giving me solutions and a way to be hopeful for the things that I need fixed.

Jeremy was very polite, i had questions which he answered fully, he explained parts of the process while working, when the part in question was removed from the unit the appearance of the old part solidified my concerns regarding the hot water not staying sufficiently hot for a short time while running...Jeremy was knowledgeable and friendly and I believe honest in his work..further I took advantage of their maintenance program and even though the draining process took some time the cost of the repair and maintenance was not a worry, I only paid a fraction of the cost to replace.a water heater.so my cost under their maintenance agreement was only for the part...there was no labor charge..such a great program available to the public..THANKS WOOTEN PLUMBING.Donna King

Apparently I wasted my time with Wooten. When I originally called I told them exactly what I needed and wanted to replace my water tank with and presented the challenges that I expected. The person taking the call confidently told me that they would be able to find what I wanted because they use several supply houses. The installers showed up to survey the installation. I told them up front and what I expected would need to occur to bypass them. They went to the truck and came back like they had forgotten half the discussion and tried to tell me that the tank I wanted wouldn't fit. I reminded them that it would if they moved the gas line like I said needed to happen and then they seemed to remember, something. They looked up more information and then told me that the tank would take 6-7 weeks to obtain. I told them that wait time was ridiculous and the price they quoted me for installation was also ridiculous. Then they asked if there was anything else that I needed them to do. I told them no and had to remind them that they needed to collect their service fee so I could be done with them. Not sure what show is being run at Wooten but I would try someone else like I am having to do after wasting my afternoon and workday. Greatly disappointed.

Cade is a very nice, polite young man, but was not familiar with the installation of the toilet and cleansing seat. It took him more than 8 hours and had to call a supervisor in to complete the installation. The toilet seat is installed incorrectly and is pinching the electrical cord. We called this morning to have someone come out to fix it and no one can come until tomorrow, which is VERY frustrating because every time we sit on the seat the cord is pinched further and risks damage. This is a not a big fix but could be an expensive mistake. We would have liked the scheduler to be more helpful in helping us contact someone who can fix the issue.

Great service - they came out got my bad water heater and got it replaced with a new unit. They did a clean install and were very professional ....they were very fair on pricing as we got a higher quote from a crew from HomeDepot. So happy we went with Wooten.

We had a pipe in the wall burst and needed a plumber asap. It was our first experience with Wooten. They sent Jeremy out the same day. He called in his leak detection team and they located the leak. Jeremy came back promptly to fix it, even coming in the early evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. If other businesses took care of things like Jeremy and Wooten, the world would be a better place.

Mediocre plumbers that talk a good game but they did major work for us in a remodel and I'm now paying another plumber to fix all of Wooten's mistakes!!! Buyer beware!!! I do NOT recommend these semi-professional plumbers...it is so frustrating finding out all the things they did WRONG!!!

Austin arrived on time to plumb a new sink and faucet as part of our kitchen remodel. I also had a shut off supply valve the would not close completely. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions and options with no pressure. He was professional and personable. I also appreciate the excellent communication from the office and Austin concerning appointments and arrival time. I was very impressed with Cody and Dawson. They were on time and very friendly and respectful. They were very informative and let me know what they needed to do. They got it done it done in a timely manner. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after they were finished. My toddler was very curious what they were doing and they were so nice and talked to him and didn't even seem annoyed. I will definitely refer anyone I know that needs any plumbing issue. I will definitely call them again for anything I need in the future. These guys definitely need a raise! They even put their Luigi hat on for son they had in their van! He loved that! They were super communicative to when the professional would show up for the service - I did not have to wait around all day wondering and hoping when they would come. Bobby came and was thorough when performing the leak detection and gave options/quotes of certain repairs but did not put pressure on actually scheduling those. They will over charge and take advantage of the people who have no idea how much a service should cost. They sent 2 guys to repair a hose bib which consisted of 30 minutes and 2 washers and charged $315. My husband is irate. When I called later to ask for an itemized bill, it simply said " attempt to repair outside water spigot" If it's just an attempt, I'm sure they won't back up the work. When I asked to talk to the owner or manager they said he already reviewed it and "sorry your not happy with the price but that's just what it is"I had another property they installed a garbage disposal in. The conduit is not in tact. Unfortunately I no longer trust them enough to come and fix it.I will never recommend or use them again. Zero integrity.
