I like this store a lot. They help with getting pets adopted. Also, they offer veteran discounts. My one complaint is ongoing with their grooming as their online system does not accurately reflect actual opening so I've shown up in the past on two different visits to have my dog groomed only to find out no one was available. Their corporate office does not respond to emails. The online system is actually corporate's fault and the poor workers get caught in the middle.

Got my pups nails filed down and they were super sweet and helpful! I didn’t have an appointment but they still got her taken care of pretty much immediately! My dog hasn’t been groomed before and they handled her nerves very well, will definitely go back!!

100% recommend for grooming. I took my pup there for grooming and Sarah was simply wonderful. She was kind and straightforward.Pricing was incredibly reasonable and the results were fantastic. Will be back. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and approachable.

Went to 4 or 5 stores looking for a turtle mat and finally found it here. Didn't even know about this place. Definitely needs better advertising, but the people were great. The price was great. And it had what I came for!

Very expensive for items you can find way cheaper at different stores or even online. We drove 3hrs to adopt a dog from the Tulsa shelter and forgot the collar and leash we bought from Chewy. We paid $40 at Petsense for the same thing we purchased from Chewy for less than $20.

We used to LOVE this place..but recently we have had a TERRIBLE couple of experiences. Mainly with the new manager. She’s very impolite, not only when customers have questions but I’ve personally saw her being very rude to her employees! I believe she said her name started with an A. If I remember right it was auna or Anna something like that. Regardless of the situation, customers should be able to ask questions without a rude comeback or answer, and management should be professional especially in front of customers! I sure hope this place makes a quick turn around and returns to the way it was before this. Until then, we will likely take our business elsewhere.

On Jan 13, 2023 Sarah gave our elderly dog, Blake, two baths and an extensive grooming with nails trimmed. She did a fantastic job. Blake looked and smelled so much better, and he could walk a lot better afterwards. His life has been greatly improved since his visit. Thank you. Walk in with my kids and stand around waiting for 10min with absolutely NO EMPLOYEE ANYWHERE! Just to find her smoking INSIDE the store with the door cracked too busy to help customers because her phone is most important.

Great store. I just wish the staff was more knowledgeable about the products they're selling.Also unless its Wednesday afternoon, they won't sell crickets. Ive had one lady tell me I couldn't buy them because she needed them for her lizards. Needless to say, I won't shop here unless I absolutely have to.

Didn't have any long uvb bulbs for reptiles in the store at all. An example of what I mean by that is a 24w reptisun T5 HO 10.0% UVB 22" for example. Showed it on the website that they had them in store. That's what I stopped in for. They only have those useless, garbage coil uvb bulbs. Employees confirmed.Juvenile beardie in tank on shelf on to left of check out when you walk into the store does not have strip uvb bulb which made me concerned about its health and risk of developing mbd.These should be stocked in store for your own reptiles and the many locals who own reptiles which require strong uvb lights.Saw some feeders on my way out, Armstrong brand. Bought supers and wax worms before leaving. Wax worms kept in fridge at proper temp and supers were very lively. Cheaper than petsmart for same quantity & brand of product with better quality for whatever reason.Was given a first time purchase coupon for signing up today. Wish I could have used it purchasing two of those uvb bulbs as well. Would have been a nice deal for me as well as a much larger sale for your company.

This place is a joke to say the least. Went and bought some fish and a tank, Shai completely lied to us and told us the things we bought were ALL we needed. Too bad we bought her LIES and now end up with dead fish because forbid we believed someone who does this for a living. She didn't tell us we would need a heater, she didn't tell us a filter would be helpful for our bettas. I got 2 dead fish for Christmas. Don't come here. Unless you like to be sold lies.

I'm so glad to have a store where I can shop for my little dog without driving to Tulsa. They have a good selection of treats, especially few-ingredient, no-soy-wheat -or -corn treats which are much healthier.They prices for grooming are good and they have collars, harnesses, and sweaters for lots of sizes of dogs. They also have a huge selection of tags and a machine to engrave them.I was favorably impressed with the staff. In fact, I'm taking my dog in for grooming today.I highly recommend this store!

Like all Petsense this location is dedicated to strengthening the relationship between pet and owner. They are focused on providing solutions that have you in mind. If you expect great service where you are first and live in the sapulpa area you will shop here. From associate to manager I am pleased to say this is where to expect great service.

I was so impressed with the whole staff! I took my dogs for a bath and nail trim and when I went to pick them up and they wanted to stay with Sarah ❤️ The girls at the register were so awesome, helpful and friendly! My new favorite place to take my dogs!!

They have an employee that comes into work high on pills. I can't believe they trust her around so many animals and tolerate that kind of behavior. She was reported for it and is still working there. Unbelievable.
