Have been here many times and never had a bad experience. Prices are good, esp for a small business. Occasionally the bunnies are smelly, but that's life. My kid especially loves checking out the variety of lizards and reptiles. PetSmart ain't got nothin' on Animal House!

I have had excellent customer service with these people! I was really worried when Grants left but they referred me here and I have bought several snakes and feeders here and never had any issues!

The staff is very helpful and overall it’s a decently nice pet shop. My only complaint is that the reptile tanks are extremely dry and the snakes are almost always dehydrated with stuck sheds. The majority of their snakes are ball pythons and ball pythons require HIGH humidity :(

Great place! I'm new to aquarium fish & had a thousand questions before I started my tank, they answered every question with a smile & great knowledge. This is the only place I will buy my fish & accessories.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. Each time I have been in here, I have seen several dead fish. The man working there saw me taking pictures and started scooping dead fish out of the tanks so I couldn't get pictures of all of them. He then proceeded to talk very loudly about me to the other employees.The reptiles are very poorly cared for. I did not see a single thermometer or hygrometer. They have 3 green iguanas in one small enclosure, and I have seen them fight before. The crested gecko has one single plant in its enclosure and that's it. Their ball python is also very skinny. They have several animals that are only available wild caught and that is a horrible industry.This pet store does not care well for their animals and I would never support it and will never recommend it to anyone.

This is one of the best pet stores I've been to.They have a pretty good selection of animals: fish, snails, guinea pigs, mice, snakes, lizards, etc. They also sell live plants and aquarium decor.Their prices are excellent, everyone who works there has been incredibly nice, and all of their pets seem to be very well taken care of.

I was very impressed with this shop. Very nice selection of reptiles, knowledgeable staff, and the prices were some of the best I've seen in quite some time, even better than the big chain pet stores, which you dont see often from local/family owned stores. If you're reptile, fish or rodent shopping near the Tulsa area, stopping by this place is a must. I'll definitely be back for my future reptile needs!

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable on the animals they are selling. Won't sell you something just to sell it, they want the best for their animals. Absolutely amazing selection of fish! Beautiful specimens! Great selection of reptiles as well. And all the food and enclosures for every animal all at a great prize! Love this pet store, I highly recommend it, check it out you won't regret it.

Very nice family owned and operated store. Huge selection of fish and reptiles. Large selection of Guinea pigs, gerbils, rats and mice. Small selection of birds. Fully stocked with all the necessities for animal keeping. Great service and friendly staff.

A few months back I set out on entertaining my love of guppies again and I've already gotten some gorgeous colors out of it 😍They are very knowledgeable of the animals they keep and will set you up right. I go here to get 2 adult mice to feed my snake and about every other time, one of the mice is dead before I get out of my car!!! I'm not too comfortable with that!! Makes me think they aren't in good health, I mean I don't know anything about mice but that's awful quick for one to die and I'm only driving from sapulpa to kellyville! I wish there was somewhere else to get feeder mice but that's the only place I know I can get them alive, guess I need to switch to frozen.

The owners are honest and provide healthy pets. They will ask you questions and help you find the equipment for your new pet. I bought a ten gallon tank and cracked it while moving.I took the tank to them and they took to use as dry enclosure for lizards. Then they sold me a 20 gallon for the price of a ten gallon tank.I bought my fish over a year ago and they as great as ever.

Great place and great owners. I am so glad we have a shop like this in Sapulpa. The man that most often works there is a huge help and is happy to answer any questions I have about my reptiles. Very friendly people. Highly recommended.

This place has plenty of selection and what i needed for my bearded dragon. I was in search of dubia roaches and not only did they have some but plenty of selection and great looking. Extremely friendly staff and helpful thanks guys

We have been going here for years. We love Tim and Cindy. They are both really cool and know their stuff. They are happy to order special items for you and always have interesting animals and items. Wonderful, clean pet store. Love to go in and visit with the knowledgeable owners and staff. The environment is so inviting and well kept. Beautiful creatures and all the amenities needed to care for them. A beautiful tortoise lives free inside and a bench is provided to sit at and observe this fantastic creature! Highly reccomend!!
