I work hard and more than half the people slack off. they all get a raise and I don't get one. all they do here is discriminate. The associates are rude and call you names for no reason when you are trying to help them. everyone in this whole place is lazy and the worst job you could get. heres just 1 pic of what I had to fix just to stock someone else's work. have plenty more pics. don't work here.

The store is usually clean and I can always find what I need. Walmart curbside is hit or miss, but 90% of the time it's fine!

Don't order pick ups from this walmart. I've used Walmart grocery pickups for at least 4 years because of the convenience of not having to go grocery shopping with 3 kids. I'm not doing that any more because everytime i have gotten a pick up from this walmart I've had damaged product and now I have over $40 worth of food I didn't receive. I'm not ordering pick up as it's not longer convenient.Edit I'm still figuring out the next day stuff i didn't get. It's close to $60 worth of groceries now. I have a family of 5 and get 2 weeks worth of groceries every time I go grocery shopping. I didn't get at least $15 worth of cheese, I didn't get milk, sour cream, creamer, cinnamon rolls I was going to make as a treat for my Littles, smoked sausage, heavy whipping cream, and hot dogs. Almost all of these things besides the cinnamon rolls are essentials that I'm going to have to go get myself. I know one person not shopping here for groceries won't make much of a difference considering walmart is a huge corporation but I'm going to Aldi now for groceries because this whole experience has been TERRIBLE and if I have to go in store somewhere it might as well be somewhere more enjoyable to shop.

They need people working the registers in stead of having self check out. I went to buy some stuff there and one self check out was open . So I left. If I wanted self check out I would apply for a job to work the registers but I dont.also the bathroom is nasty and dirty.

Thank to Sand Springs Police Dept. program lots of children will have presents. They took each child shopping, with an adult and the children got to pick gifts. Tulsa community pulls together with Walmart to get it done. Staff overall is friendly. 1 cashier I talked to management about and was assured that the problem would be taken care of. I felt like it would be too. There is a lot more staff available to than most I have been in, in different states.

Hate the advertisements over the PA system! I don't even like the music they play on the radio. Why can't I shop in peace?... because they want to rip me off by blasting advertisements where I don't even get anything in return!

I’m a mom to multiple children, and when they have to use to use the family restroom. But when we go, there’s always a Walmart employee in that bathroom no kids and they’re on the clock.. the whole point of family is that we can take all our children into the bathroom with us but we can’t because employees are always using the bathroom instead of the other bathrooms

Suprised to find walmart not as busy on easter sunday as I thought it would be. Good timing I guess. Anyway this is one of the better walmarts in my opinion. Cleaner and better stocked than alot of the other ones in/around tulsa. Items not locked away due to high theft that make you wait for an attendant to get them for you. So this is my walmart of choice because of these reasons and the fact it's only about 5 mins away. Conveniently right off the highway. You should check the sand springs store out for yourself and I'm sure you'll agree with me that it's in the top 3 around tulsa.

Always a pleasure!! I haven't had to wait in the self checkout lines in a long time!!Edit to add: walmart broken arrow has a walmart+ member parking. When are we getting some??Walmart has parachute shorts!! I had parachute pants in the 80s lol

I normally can find everything that I need here. It's a one-stop shop for me. It's normally quick and not a long wait in line either. I just recently started doing the Walmart pickup, and that is the best thing ever! I do wish that maybe there was a place to tip your shopper and loader, because they save me so much time and sometimes it's a lot of stuff. So if I have a lot of items and they got all of it, I would gladly leave a tip!

The delivery option is a joke. I have missing items almost ever order. They automatically add a $15 tip for the driver who may or may not deliver your entire order to the correct address. I've had to wait 2 weeks to get my money back for $300 grocery orders some random person ended up getting.

disappointed in the staff, I went to send money from western union a girl was in training it took a long time to serve the people in front of me, I stood in line I have sent money twice here first they asked me for my ID I went back to my car to bring it and I did it again the line, so that later it comes out that I need a receipt in my name, I'm left with my mouth open, are you serious? Why do you need a bill in my name to be able to send money? It's stupid. I was about to insult these people after standing in line twice and wasting my time. I repeat, I have sent money twice at Walmart and with my phone number. Just send the money to stupid, incompetent people who work here. I will continue buying at Walmart because it is the only one in Sand Sprigs, but I will never send money here again. I will continue to take my money to Cashsaver, who are kinder and have fewer problems giving me a solution. Good customer service and they don't have much trouble sending money.

It’s Walmart- so the prices are always good. this particular store was in complete disarray. The bathrooms were disgusting. This store needs revamped/remodeled. This store doesn’t seem to be on the best side of town, so if your from out of town-find a different Walmart on down the road.

I am slightly disappointed in you Walmart. When i walked in the people in the front did not say hello to me. Rude much? when i ordered my 76 chicken tenders, the lady at the deli sighed in my face. i came in to buy some pringles for the kids and some latex gloves so i could do the dishes. my wife was also complaining that her hands were dry so i picked up some lotion for her hands. they refused to ring up my copious amounts of fried chicken, my buffalo flavored pringles, and the box of gloves for the dishes i would have to do. as a added bonus to this trip from hell, the security guard parked his car in the only place where traffic can flow so i could not get out. also one of the carts were not properly taken care of and it assaulted me while i was waking out to my car. i usually like this place but this experience will make me think twice about coming back.

Returning items now is not good as if you pay more for something and it's on sale you get the sale price back and not able to exchange something for a different size you are not able to.

Don't come to this one if you have the need for the family/handicap restroom, even after complaining to manager and him saying they would have a meeting about it we are still dealing with employees staying in bathroom playing on their phones. We've had them try and/or cut us off for them to go in when they see us with 3 toddlers. One time even went in after an employee walked out and we went in and you could tell they were smoking in there. Today we waited a few minutes and then I took my daughter into the women's and when we were done my fiance took our son into the men's and finally when we were all done and about to walk away a male employee walked out on his phone. The self checkout ladies and the door greeters are nice

Do not buy batteries from these people. They sold me the wrong batteries for my truck. They are less then two months old... They refuse to make their mistake right and now I'm out over 250... I even spoken the department manager Shannon and she lied to me and told me Walmart doesn't do return on new batteries. I know they do. I have exchanged them before....
