Customer service at this location is 0/10. I come to this location monthly due to convenience and when I visited a couple of weeks ago it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. The girl checking me out was not helpful I told her I needed a medicine refill (not needing it the same day) and she said "we don't have it." I asked if they could order it and she proceeded to ask if I could take another medication instead, mind you she was not a pharmacist or a doctor. They said another location had the medicine I needed, but didn't call it ahead for me at location #2. I honestly dread getting my scripts filled here so I switched to another pharmacy.

This pharmacy use to be great but not anymore. My family and I have trusted them for years. They have new staff. The pharmacist and staff are rude and could care less about customers. I get numerous texts and calls to pick up my scripts, then get there and am told they are not ready. Happens every time. They always say, call corporate if you don’t like it. Of course, no one answers the phone.

Why are they closed form 130-2??? Like seriously you guys have only been working for an hour and a half at that point. They don’t care at all about sick patients needing scripts.

Normally I love this location and never have any issues. Today I called to check on a shot that I take that they have been out of for the past 4 days. They still didn't have it, and today is the day that I have to take it. A man answered the phone and identified himself as "Pharmacist" I asked if they had the medication in yet, since I'm supposed to take it today. He replied with "No, we're still waiting on that shipment." I asked would another location have this medication that maybe they could fill for me. He responded with "No we're all in the same boat with the holiday." Luckily I take people's word with a grain of salt. I called the other Sand Springs location, and the lady that answered the phone was so helpful. They had my medication in stock and was able to get it filled for me today. If the first guy would have just said "ma'am you would just need to call other locations because I'm not sure." I would have been perfectly okay with that. Maybe in the future they could add this into the customer service they provide. Instead of having the customers in a panic over a medication that they need. So if any one out there has this issue please make sure to call other locations in your area to check if a med is in stock! They will fill it for you 😀

If you are wanting a free drive through COVID test go somewhere else. I was able to schedule an appointment online. When I got there they said they don't do covid test any longer. Even though I had a email confirmation. Also it is still allowing you to schedule appointments on the website. If they are no longer offering free COVID test they need to take it off the website!!

I've used other Walgreens since MedX left. But this location is the Best. They work at getting everything right. You may have a line at times, but the pleasant staff makes it worth it..

Hailey at Walgreens is great . She helped me today check ontransfer of a prescription . She checked several different price discounts to see what might help the most . She definitely went above what most do to help a customer . I appreciate the time and effort so much .

We have been long time customers and always had no issues until recently. The last two times our doctor has called in refills of scripts, Walgreens says they haven’t received them. We confirmed with the doctor that they have sent the refills multiple times. These are required meds that are very important. Walgreens has no answers and says that we will just have to ask the doctor to keep calling. Very poor customer service.

Generally fast service, Friendly staff and the drive thru pharmacy usually moves along at a decent pace, even when they have a line of cars. They send texts to let me know when my medicine is ready for refills or pick up, which is convenient.

Inconsistent hours, three different sets of hours posted none of them actually true. Waited on hold for an 40 minutes only to have the message change to "the pharmacy is on a lunch break, will be back in 30 minutes" and the pharmacist walked out of the building and got in his truck and left. WTH is going on? I understand that covid has everyone scrambling to survive but I need my prescription, not the run around. Sad.

First time picking up a script they wanted me to call the doctor rather than the pharmacy do it which every other place does. Second time I went their drive through was closed and twenty people were in the store. Worst experience of any pharmacy I have ever visited

I have been having issues getting my insurance to fill my prescription. They require a pre authorization to fill it. I had issues getting the paperwork required from my dr. The pharmacist (Jeff) stayed right beside me, helped figure out why the authorization wasn't coming through and worked out every detail to get it filled. It was very busy, but he was patient and worked hard to get the problem fixed! Thank you for good customer service!

I have issues every time I come to this location. Drop off a script, get told it will be ready in 30 minutes. I come back 45 minutes later and it’s still not ready, and I’m told it will be another 30 minutes. Happens every time, I don’t know why I keep trying. I’ll stick with CVS.

Smaller than most drug stores, so it has limited selection, but all normal drug store stuff will be there, just don't count on it being like a small supermarket like some drug stores.
