They carry a good assortment of Carhartt work wear, seed and feed, canning jars, seasonal gift items. Everyone has always been helpful when needed. I'd much rather shop here than a big box store!

The manager, Mel, is extremely customer focused. I was a day outside of the return window and she, without hesitation, happily accepted my return and said, “We’re here to take care of our customers.” It’s always easy to find an associate to help and most times they are super knowledgeable or will find someone who can answer questions.

This review is for the Tractor supply in Sandsprings ok.The employees are always very helpful and friendly. Anytime I need something carried to my vehicle all I have to do is ask and and it gets done. The store is clean and when they have baby chicks they are always looked after.The only issue I have is that they are often out of stock on dog food/cat food. However I am not sure if the employees even do the ordering, not going to blame them for the issue. If I ask about a product that is not on the shelf they always go back in the stock room and check for me.

The item I bought was on sale and not on the floor. When I asked about it, the lady took me in the back and unboxed it so I could see what I was buying. I said I'd take it and she walked me back to the register. In the time it took me to pay for said item and get my truck to the loading dock? The boys were waiting at the door to load my truck! These folks are awesome!!

Went there to get a replacement battery for my zero turn, they had the best prices of anyone I could think of locally and I checked them all. It was the second battery that I purchased for a mower. They seem to last about 3 years.

The staff is friendly 👍This store is okay. It's a smaller one. They are often out of something on the shelf, so if you're driving from far away look up their inventory online or call them first.

Don't shop anywhere else!!! Shop local! This is a HUGE shout-out to Bonnie and Lawson at the Sand Springs Tractor Supply. I am lifelong Sandite. I love doing buisness locally when possible. Today, I was blown away by these two AWESOME employees. Bonnie and Lawson epitomize professionalism. I was shopping for a zero-turn mower. Lawson demonstrated great knowledge and was super helpful. It was nice dealing with someone who knows their product line. Then when I purchased the mower, Bonnie was there to help. We had a little trouble with the credit card company and Bonnie was tremendous. She was a joy!! Even though I was frustrated with the card company's customer service, she kept making me laugh and smile! The credit card company could learn a thing or two from her! She got them all straightened out for me!! So fellow Sandites, and anyone living within 50 miles, come to the Sand Springs Tractor Supply. Meet Lawson. Talk with Bonnie. They will make your day!!! They have the brands I love plus a lot of other choices on food. They also have a variety of hardware so I don't have to leave town. It's nice to have a 10 min trip vs. 1 hour to go to Tulsa and back. My only complaint would be they are always moving things around so I'm always having to ask for help. They are always very courteous and helpful though.

This location is always kept clean. They have animal vaccines for your puppies. The prices are fair. It's easily accessible for handicapped customers. The staff are always pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to insure your needs are met.

Tractor Supply advertises a kayak that they don’t keep in stock - the Lifetime Angler Fishing Kayak. And says in store only. They don’t have any in store. Read the ad further, you can order one, and Tractor Supply will ship it to the store so you can go pick it up - for an extra $89.00. Would be a lot better if they kept them in stock. Trying to talk to Tractor Supply customer solutions, they don’t wanna talk about it.

They are always super helpful and very friendly here! Even though the drive is about 30 minutes for me to get there, it’s always worth it. The aisles are also always organized so I never have trouble finding things that I need!

Great place to shop for Mothers Day! They have some really cute porch planters! Just fill with dirt and some pretty flowers! Leave enough room for mom to plant a few of her own! What a sweet surprise!! :)

Very disappointed with this store, i was looking for a piece of chimney pipe so i went online to find one, this store's website said they had them in stock so i went to get it i ask where the chimney pipe was located and headed that way i found the shelf tag for what i was looking for but it was empty so i went and ask the lady at the checkout if she could have someone check if they had any she pulled it up on her computer and said it shows they have 4 in the store, she ask another lady to check the backroom for her ( i personally don't think the lady check the backroom seeing how it took her less than one minute to look) the lady said they must be out of stock on that item ( now I'm thinking to myself your store's system shows you have them in stock, your website shows you have it in stock IF your system is off by that much HOW DO YOU OPERATE YOUR STORE? ) Very disappointed with this store and i haven't nor do i plan on going back to any Tractor Supply store so beware if you find it online at a store and it shows the item in stock THAT doesn't mean that it will be😦😣.

UPDATE! Due to the response I received from Tractor Supply I am changing my review from a 2 start to a 5 star. They went farther than they had to to make things right with me, & would have done more if they would have felt I wasn’t satisfied. Very happy with Tractor Supply! END OF UPDATE! They say they carry certain things & you call to make sure they have it, & they say they don’t carry anything like that. When you tell them that you’ve seen it there before, or that it says that they have it online, you get reluctant, hold on, let me check. Then they come back to tell you that sure enough, they have some. Pitiful customer service.

The people were as helpful as possible but corporate only staffs 2 people at any given time (even weekends!). This seems a poor strategy for providing good customer service. In addition, it explains why more often than not I have to go hunt someone down in the stockroom to see if they have the feed I'm needing in back stock. It's rarely on the shelf. Make no mistake, I'm not criticizing the effort on behalf of the staff. They can't possibly operate the register, load out large items, unload semis, answer customers' questions and keep the shelves stocked. Ridiculous!!

Great farm store. The only thing I don't like is I can't help impulse buying when I'm there 😂😂😂PS - I love that they started doing the instore rewards because the email ones never helped me personally.... 👍
