Wow, she was absolutely amazing. I feel so bad she stayed up late just to squeeze my pups in. And she took her time with them. She did so amazing with my baby Toto when I say he was a absolute hot mess when I brought him in. he was months overdue to be groomed and I was trying to find a new groomer at the time, well I found one for sure! She had to cut him short because he was so matted but I still love it his ears and tail are adorable, you can tell she loves what she does and that means so much!!!! Thank you so much toto and I look forward to our next visit!!!!

This was a wonderful place to bring my shih tzu. She did a fabulous job not only with his haircut but with his emotions as well. He was a bit nervous it had been some time since his last haircut and she took a lot of time helping him get through any kind of upset moment that he might have had. She checked in with me and let me know how he was doing and then the overall haircut perfection I am more than pleased.

I called pretty late Saturday and she was able to take my baby Handsome and get him cleaned up, he had so many stickers on him and she got him all cleaned. She’s the absolute best! Will definitely be coming back & will be recommending all family & friends!! 🙂

Paula is a very caring and professional groomer. My dogs are elderly and need extra patience to groom and Paula takes time to be gentle with them. Paula will always let me know if she sees something that is different from last groom. Paula listens to what I want and my dogs always look terrific. Highly recommend this groomer.

I was not happy with the haircut I got I told her what I asked for and she gave me the total opposite I have never had a problem taking her to the groomer and they have messed her up and we didn't get our leash back in return I was very very disappointed the first picture is what I asked for and the next is what I got she was cut so low that u could see her skin if I could I would give 0 stars

I’ve been using Paula for several years and she’s AWESOME!!!I took my dog to another place in prattville a couple times right before she got her own place and they did NOT wash my dog. They used a dry shampoo. You can tell the difference. Paula on the other hand has ALWAYS not only got tested my animals very clean, but also is VERY KIND to them. My chihuahua hates most people and LOVES going to see her bc she’s so good to him! And she trims my cats claws and does a great job!I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Paula!!!
