This place is hit or miss and today it was a huge miss!! Hard to go down aisles. Some aisles I had to move some cardboard box displays to find what I was looking for. Other aisles I had to find my item on the ground or put behind the wrong label. Today it took me 35 minutes to do a 10 - 15 minute shopping trip.

I have to change my review and star rating from a one star to a 4 star just because I think the customer service and associates have greatly improved! The last several times I’ve been in they have ALL been very helpful and friendly and made it much easier and faster for me despite being incredibly busy. They are still very cluttered and it’s honestly a mess in there most the times when it comes to the shelves and stuff on the floor but they are obviously understaffed and the staff working are doing the best they can! So thank you!!

This store is convenient as it is in the downtown area close to a lot of retail places. The shelves are stocked good but the store doesn't look like it is clean, I do believe that it is the interior mostly because the buildings are so old. If the company would redo the floors and ceilings it would brighten up the store and it would look much cleaner.

I decided to give this particular dollar General another try. Same cashier as last visit. I paid with cash. She rang my stuff up. Took my money. Gave me my change and receipt. Did not bag my stuff. I had 4 items. Although not overly large items, I had to say. I need a bag. This is definitely my last time going to this store. Good luck future customers. This app gave me no option to not pick a star for rating. Therefore the only reason I gave them 1 star is I was forced to.

Friendly but I have never saw more than 1 person working the entire store.. This store looks like trash inside and out. EVERYTHING is disarray. I even noticed obvious out of place items still in the same spot several weeks later.. They do not clean their store at all even carts of new merchandiseare always blocking the aisles, I noticed 3 racks with the same exact stuff on it for over 2 weeks. I made several attempts to look at the home decor aisle but was unable to. Just moved to the area so it's closer to me but it's seriously bad. Prattville was my store originally and I will drive to it instead. It is immaculate!

My husband and I went there because we seen they had good deals on some clothing and household goods we needed so when we got our paychecks we went to Dollar General to do some major shopping. Halfway through our shopping we get approched by a police officer asking us to basically be a serious buyer or leave. We were so insulted by this that I only bought a couple major things and left. This was our 1st and last visit to that store.

Dollar General is convenient that's why I go there, when you go into the store in Sand Springs they're always out of product, I say something to the employees, I ask them why they are are always of one thing are another they put the blame on the corporate office. which to me it's the managers fault, I believe the manager there is the worst one they've had so far in the three and a half years I've been going to that Dollar General in Sand Springs I believe Dollar General should be grateful that they have devoted customers. I've already complained to the corporate office a couple of times but they never do anything you want to keep me as a customer stock the store get rid of that manager that's not a good one at all.

Has some stuff but if you're looking for a broad scope of things might just wanna go to Walmart. Kind of a hassle to get to. Besides that it's fine. Obviously isn't going to be like a 5 star hotel. It's a Dollar general. The food section is pretty good for a Dollar general and it has a lot of themed stuff for holidays. The cashiers are usually pretty friendly. Try not to go at busy times though because the lines can get long.

On the door when you enter it says “masks required” but when you go in the store not a single person, employees or customers, has a mask on. Not to mention the store was a complete mess, items all over the floor, boxes and items in every isle, shelves super empty, the line was long and only two employees i saw were at the registers but only one was checking out people in the 7 plus people line.

They have a great selection of Christmas gifts for 20 bucks and under. They have a dollar aisle and a good variety of selections for OTC medications and hair care products etc.

Well I feel like I'm shopping at lucrative grocery store, a lb of butter is $5.00's & its the cheapest brand they sell at other stores.I have to go there just because I sometimes can't get to Wal-Mart, then the managers there have no customer service is bad.

Dollar General is a very good store for convenience shopping. If I need a household product, the chances are I can get it at Dollar General, quicker and cheaper than at Walmart ot Atwood's. I'm glad we have one close by.

It's not that I dislike this Dollar General. But someone from main office needs to visit this store on 49th west Ave. I have nevee seen a mess like this ever in a Dollar General. You can not get down the iles at all, and shelves are empty just about. The iles are blocked going down them and in frount of things to maybe buy. The same carts has been sitting there for over 2 weeks. I've decided to go to Family Dollar now. This store gas big problems of shoplifters. But the thieves can really steal. They have all kinds of places to hide to put stuff in their shorts, shirts, purses or whatever. This really saddens me. It's the closest store around here..I do hope the company steps in and cleans house...

I wish you would stock more Dr. Topper as you are out 3 out 5 visits, that’s the main reason I go to dollar general., maybe I’ll have to start going to Walmart for Dr Pepper as their Dr Pepper is priced better than yours

It's the next best place to go when there's no Dollar Tree near by. They have a lot of great buys and bargins. Try their app for really good coupon deals and combine with that $5.00 coupon off $25.00.

Good store. Nice employee's. I was short a dollar an some cents, and the gentleman who was working checkout actually paid the dollar an chamge so i didnt have to put an item back. Dont see that anywhere anymore! Thank u. Customer for life!

Today was very busy when I was this store, that didn't bother me. The problem was is there was no shopping carts available I had to go outside to get one and there was only one there are 30 people in the store looking for shopping carts.

store has large variety of food and general merchandise ... but it is old and feels it... if you hit at a prime time expect long wait times to checkout ... excellent location

Sand Springs Dollar General sucks, just like all others. They always have just 1 cashier and other employees just standing around. Nobody ever comes and open up another register for the crowd

It's near my house, so I am there 2-3 times a day. I know all the employees by now. They are all very friendly and helpful.

First time going into this store and it was horrible. Shelves was bare, boxes everywhere couldn't get down certain aisles and the front by the the registers was full of leaves.

Employee s are nice and talk to all the customers. There is never a line and if you do have to wait it's only for 3 minutes tops

Dollar General is resnablle priced and good name products and have theirs besides them and never had problems with quality.
