Such a good place to take your pet, they did an amazing job on our labradoodle and super caring, I highly recommend making Steph your permanent groomer, thank you for taking such good care of our Milo and doing such a good job! As far as the reviews below being negative, I cannot believe them as they were very respectful to me and my wife, and met us at the door...even took a pic for us and sent it to us. As is any business if you're late you're late, if I had been late I would've expected my dogs appointment to be pushed back and I would have been to blame, not the business, trust me when I say this is the best place in the area... if I could give 100 stars I would.

Steph B Groom is the best place to take your fur babies to get a makeover. Steph and her staff are the sweetest and kindest. They love your baby as if they belong to her. I highly recommend this grooming shop. You won't be disappointed. 😊❤️🐕🐩🐈

Great place for pets to be cleaned and groomed. Prices are right, she's great at keeping appointment times and pretty spot on when she says they'll be ready for pickup. Duke had always looked very dapper and happy when we picked him up :)

Steph B Groom did a excellent job on my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel I am very happy with the staff they were all very friendly and price was affordable she looks scared in picture this was her first time to the get pretty and pampered place. Lol

Had never been there before so I was 5 min late trying to find the place. Stood at the door saying hello for 10 min with my dog, they didn’t notice. Went outside to get my other dog and came back to her mad saying I’m 15 min late and she already pushed my appt, didn’t even let me speak to say I was waiting for 10 min. Very short tempered. I’m actually glad I didn’t leave my dogs with her. WeirdUpdate: Now you're lying and saying I was 30 min late... I was waiting by the door for a long time love, over 10 min, no one came. I'm not the type to shout to get attention, so I waited saying excuse me over and over..Also, im not from here so it was hard to find the place. Either way I shouldn't have been spoken to like that, even if someone is late you don't talk like that.No worries though! I'm so glad I went somewhere else. I don't tolerate disrespect from strangers. That is very odd.I know she said I could bring them back but after seeing her temperament I decided that wasn't a good idea. Especially after hearing dogs crying so loudly, my dog was shaking just from waiting in there.Thank God I found a nice groomer in Fort Smith, very sweet people that I can trust with my fur babies:) Hopefully the owner of this establishment will be better to others in the future.I only shared this so others can make the right decision for their babies as well. Dogs need to be in caring/loving hands. <3

Steph, was so sweet, and quick, and bice to get my boys in for a spa day. She took time to let the boys calm down before bathing them, and clipping their nails.First time ive hired her for her services.Totally recommend her for your pet spa day needs. And totally affordable.

very poor service! told explicitly to NOT do the dogs feet as the dog doesn’t like feet messed with, did it anyways and only did 3/4 feet. was told to muzzle the dog as the dog likes to play with water- then didn’t muzzle and complained about snapping. very rude despite being told very clearly and throughly to not do multiple things and did them anyways, poorly. would give negative stars if possible.

If you are looking for someone to schedule you a month and a half out, let you look forward to your puppy's first groomer appointment, let you schedule other obligations around the appointment, let you load up your dogs and drive to her office and sit outside for 20 minutes, ignore your calls and texts and Facebook messages, and never give a single explanation, THIS IS THE GROOMER FOR YOU. Absolutely NO consideration or respect for a person just looking to establish care for their puppies.
