Had the part we needed. When you go in, you have to be careful of the floors. Some are uneven.Prices are a little higher than others, but you don't have to travel 30 extra miles for the product.

I'm very impressed with the customer service at this store. I brought my chainsaw in because it wasn't working and I hoped that their mechanic would be able to fix it. I got some great advice and some parts to try and fix it myself (I was under a tight schedule). If I can't get it running myself, I will definitely let them fix it for me. Outstanding customer service.

Awesome store!! Live in Vian and the part we needed was in Fort smith, until we called True Value and found out that they had it and saved us a long trip. What made it even better was going in and receiving the help we got! Very friendly and helpful customer service! 5 stars 🌟

I needed a replacement hose that connects the water for toilet in the master bedroom. Not everyone realizes that there's more than one size connector and of course mine is the small size at the water end. It was true joy when I saw the display of connector hoses. Not only did they have a choice of big or small connector ends, they had a choice of lengths from the wall to the toilet so you could actually get what you need. My enthusiasm wasn't wasted, I made my selection and attempted to force myself not to continue browsing. I feel it would be too easy to spend a small fortune on supplies for all of those repair jobs that I keep putting off because I don't have the supplies. It would remove all my excuses to procrastinate.Truly Sallisaw True Value seem to have a little bit of everything a do-it-yourselfer might need. I even saw some pet supplies.

Very friendly and helpful people. Every time I go in they always check to make sure what I buy is fit for the job. Seems like a ma and pop store. Process are somewhat elevated but not bad.
