I had to take my meds. So I had to eat something. They had several to choose from and 4 types. I picked the best I saw wow I took one bite. This was 2pm. I'm thinking the last pizza they cooked was at lunch time and that's being optimistic. I took a pic I'll post it. I hope you are not eating when you see it

Good place to stop, very nice customer service. They have great pizza. You can get a good sized pizza one topping for 10.99 or you can get a slice and drink for 3.00. I have never had a bad pizza from any Casey's. They have a grill also, so you can get a burger. Also pretty any road tripping snack you need. They have all fuels for all needs.

Good pizza, friendly staff. This is an odd complaint but in my opinion it's very valid, their fuel pumps are painfully slow. Over the past three or four months I have reported it several times to the employees and they have said it's probably just because the fuel levels are getting low. But you can sit there and it will take over 5 minutes to pump 5 gallons of gas, that's not an exaggeration.

I ordered pizza 10/4 online, ticket said it would be ready at 8:03pm, we waited 20 min then me and my sister head to store at 8. The deli person is standing at the counter visiting with her mom. When my sister ask her about the pizza she gets an attitude because we interrupted her visiting and says its gonna be 15 min, she hasn't even started it.. Me and my sister wait another 15 min while said girl visits with everyone that comes in.. I finally just went to register where a nice man was working and he canceled my order. When he went to the deli to cancel it, the girl in the deli got an attitude with him. She was 4 tickets behind due to visiting with her mom. Me and my extended family that live there won't be going back since they are ok with employees like that, especially since she got an attitude.

It was very clean with a huge variety of snacks, drinks, homemade fresh donuts, fresh pizza (that you can also order ahead of time from the Casey's app and they always have great deals on it as well), the employees were very friendly and if they don't know the answer to something they make it a point to ask if you would like to wait while they grab a manager who can answer any of your questions. Love this Casey's!

Great pizza and clean bathrooms. The staff is very nice especially one cashier. She is a short girl with glasses. I think her name is Megan. Megan is always professional, courteous and answers any questions that I have.

UPDATE 2- Still awful service. No effort has been made to improve anything. The food is ok for the most part but most of the employees have no idea how to talk to customers. Anytime they mess something up they act like it is the customers fault and never apologize. I bought a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit, the bacon was pink and uncooked. I returned to the store and was told "our bacon is precooked", instead of "So sorry sir, I'll take care of it". I opened the sandwich and showed the employee the pink center of the bacon. I was then told "it will be 6 minutes". I then waited 10 minutes and was given the same sandwich in a different box, with a burnt egg and burnt bacon. Again, I never received an apology. I said before go during the day for good service, now I say avoid this store all together.UPDATED- Awful service now. Chicken sandwich had a bone in it. I was told a product that I had a coupon for from the Casey's app, was a "Walmart thing". Only to find the product the next night myself. I received no apology. All I got was dirty looks and told the employee I had complained about had been "gripped out" that morning. Which I assume was meant to make me feel bad about complaining. Rude, useless overnight employees. Shop during the day if you want good service, otherwise avoid this place.Great sandwiches and pizza. Love being able to order online and then pick up. Good fountain drink selection. Prices on convenience items are a bit high but that is to be expected from a truck stop style store. Large amount of gas pumps. Fairly clean restrooms.

My biggest pet peeve is when I have to spend extra time out of my time, because someone else didn't do their job. This happened at Casey's on Saturday, May 23. I gassed up, went to get my receipt, and the paper wasn't loaded. (This has happened several times at this location.) I went inside to get my receipt; however, there was only one attendant working the cash register, and a line up of around 10 people. I shouldn't have even needed to walk in the door! Someone needs to manage this location a little closer.

Employees are done like crap and can not live off of the hours. In some cases as few as one day a week. They make how Walmart does employees seem great.

Pizza was old and the cheese has no flavor. In fort Smith it is the best pizza anywhere and in van buren. They also both have a 32 oz drink and 2 slices for $5 here it is $6.50. There drink foutain was completely out of service on one side. So disappointed I will not be back of rather get a pizza pocket from the store down the road than to eat that cardboard pizza a gain. Gives Caseys store a bad Rep.

Please, please please put diesel pumps in for trucks at Sallisaw, you're the only twenty four hour show around. Also add a dyed diesel pump, you'll be surprised how many around here would use it
