Did a great job with my shih Tzu. He was cut shorter than I like but he did have mats so thats probably why. But he smelled so good. His hair was uniform. His eyes clear and toenails trimmed perfectly. The price was fantastic. It did take most of the day but this was his first visit. Time will improve with more visits. All in all a great experience.

My 100+ lb. Malmute Husky came out looking wonderful. He was bathed and de-shedded. Very reasonable in price also. Definitely will be going back.

Jackie was AWESOME! I was nervous to take my dog to a groomer cause we haven’t been to a groomer in OK yet. Jackie was great with my BIG (New Foundland/Pyrenees mix) baby!! Don’t hesitate with this groomer! She’s all you can ask for when wanting your babies pampered! Thanks again!!

She does a good job with my dog. she looks good and smells good when we get her back. We where taking her to pet smart and paying a whole lot more to get her groomed and they where not even doing everything they where supposed to do to her like nails, gland, or even bathing her, and they give her a choppy haircut also. Now that we take her to Blue Ribbon Grooming we don't have to worry about that anymore.

They say they open at 8:30 but are usually a little late. Big deal. She seems to do a god job on my dogs. Never had any fancy grooming done cause my ShiTzu likes to be kept short. She always looks good when I pick her up though.

We have been taking our 3 pound dog to the groomer since she was 6 weeks old and have never had an issue until we brought her here.After agreeing on a cut and telling me she would be done in an hour, (which it actually took about 3 1/2) I walk in and see our dog on the table completely shaved, she does not even look like the same dog. The groomer tries to blame it on our dog's "matted hair", which consisted of TWO mats. One on the top of her head from a bow that SHE had put in her the last time we brought her, I did not want to bring her back but we were desperate, but believe me we will NOT go back after this. The other mat was on her side. Our dog did not need to be completely shaved, even her face was cut short.I paid, even tipped her, and left. But as soon as we got in the car I notice our dog panting VERY badly, and then began throwing up, it got worse over the next two hours and we ended up rushing her to the vet, where she had to get shots for nausia and blood sugar tests. Thank God she is okay now, but for as small as she is dehydration can hit fast. Our dog has NEVER had these issues with anyone else.The next day we went back to talk to her about what had happened, she said the dog was fine when she left her store and acted "totally normal" while getting groomed. Which completely goes against what she told us the day before. She got very defensive and would not have a normal conversation.This woman has an unprofessional attitude and was rude at times, when we are the ones that had to pay a groomers bill for something that looked MUCH worse after than it did before, and then we had to pay a vet bill.All in all, waste of money and will never go back. I hate to give someone a bad review, but this was horrible.

Brought in my dog knowing he would give her a hard time due to his bad separation anxiety, and she did an amazing job. She didn't seem to mind how tough he was to handle and groom either.

If you care for your dog you will not use this establishment. Come to find out they are unlicienced. Why the city of sallisaw would let this establishment keep doing business says alot about the city of Sallisaw, Oklahoma. My dog never got groomed they don't have a grooming table or any real grooming tools for dogs there ideal of grooming is having teenagers hold the dog down why they take haircutting sheets you use for a man and cut the dogs hair

Our dog lives coming here! Owner is friendly and location is great! Unfortunately they do not accept debit or credit cards, but this inconvenience is overlooked by the quality and friendly service.
