I love shopping there at box 10.They have everything with good prices. They have all kinds of sales all the time they have the five for 19 on the meat. This is definitely a place you want to go shopping at. People are friendly places very clean

I don't understand why the employees make it sound like such a hard job to check if something is in stock. How hard is that???? Do they think they're the only store in the world where people can shop? Do they think people live 5 minutes away? This is the only store that has made me wish walmart would make them go out of business.I'm pretty sure it was a manager I spoke to and I'm pretty sure it's the same one all the negative reviews are about. How can one woman be so rude to customers? But I guess it's not her money she's scaring away. Guess she gets paid to be rude.

Employees are great and pricing is clear. The place is clean with good parking and accessibility.BUT ... food (the main thing) is often close to expiration date. In a few instances, once getting things home the food was thrown out.While these are just two examples, a gallon of milk and a large jar of applesauce had to be discarded.I will shop there on a limited basis because it is coveniently located and is a grocery srore without doing the Walmart experience.Even so, I will be selective on purchases - avoiding some products.Go there, but cautiously select the items. Enjoy the cleanliness and nice people.

Produce is hit or miss and sometimes smells of rotten fruits and vegetables. Bought a Turkey which had a 10Box label placed over the expired “Butterball” label. Went to exchange it and found they had covered all of the expired ( by over a month) labels with their own. Always check for expired stuff, especially in the cold sections. I pretty much just buy canned goods there now.

They are very reasonably priced in comparison to other markets in the area.Also the staff is very friendly and considerate.While I was at the store after I finished shopping, I walked my dog and didn't notice, but lost one of my leather gloves.I noticed it was missing when I got to Fort Smith. So on my way back home (in Vian), I stopped to see if anyone had turned it in.The lady who checked didn't find it had been turned in.But she pulled out a pair of insulated leather gloves and said that they had been there for a while and should have already been thrown away, and asked if I would like to have them as a replacement for the ones that I had lost.I thought that she was very kind and considerate to offer them to me.Now that was definitely "customer service with a smile"...Something that I will remember and really appreciate.

Their consistently good produce and meats were initially my main reason for going there. However, as I looked around, I discovered that most of their prices undercut those of the nearby big box store. I am a very satisfied ‘Tin Box’ customer.

Their meats are top-notch. Prices are about the same as Walmart, sometimes cheaper. Excellent produce, tho it would be nice if there were water misters on the greens. Good selection of ethnic products, especially Mexican.

The manager Eddie was very helpful, and friendly. He made me feel like the customers actually matter at his store, unlike other grocery stores in the county. Prices were the best in the area as well. Everything was great! Priced so good, I didnt even mind bagging my own groceries lol!

Hateful closing manager unbelievably rude. Laughed and mocked my wife day after we had a personal situation and then she has my wife thrown out n called police right in front of 7 shoppers and our grandson was right there in basket. Had any boss looked at cameras shed would HV been fired on spot for the verbal assault and misuse of position. In front of a minor. Main corporate office should be told and she has NOT A SINGLE OUNCE TO HOLD HER JOB AS ANYTHING WITH PUBLIC. Read other reviews the same lady is the hateful cashier they all mention but her family is main boss so SORRY SALLISAW, her job is safe n allows her to be as nasty as she wants. Harps should stand for something more from managers no doubt. Nepotism is running OFF SHOPPERS . harps do a full check up on a possible employee, ruined ALOT of lives this lady has n harps is well aware but LAZINESS IS GONNA CLOSE IT IF BOSS DONT GET UP AND DO A MORAL AND INTEGRITY OF ALL WORKERS.IF SHE LEFT I KNOW OF 10 + PEOPLE THAT WOULD RETURN TO 10 BOX ..

I was really looking forward to 10Box opening and now I will say I really miss the old Marvin's.Now, I don't miss the freezer section going out and the freezer burnt ice cream, or even the out of date dairy section, but I miss the small town grocery store atmosphere.I know we need growth, but sometimes the old way is better.

They have nice specials in their meat department. I especially like that they keep the store the same they DO NOT MOVE ITEMS IN THE STORE ARPUND CONSTANTLY. So customers can always find stuff quick and easy. If you can't find something all.they employees can show you where it is.they are always kind courteous and willing and able to help you. I like the small town ma and pop feeling they provide. You can not say that about their competitor. I will continue to shop there and recommend everyone should try it if they haven't.

Not bad for a little store in Gravette. Just came in for tortilla chips. I was in and out in a few minutes and it was very convenient. What I did notice about this business was it was very well kept. The management runs a good store. Everything was clean and the merchandise was zoned.

Most items we looked at were more expensive than walmart. That's just the shelf label. They then add 10% at checkout, claiming to sell at cost. No way they sell anywhere near cost.

This store has absolutely great prices. I live an hr away but when we go to our doctors office either myself or hubby, we save a lot getting our groceries here. I shall add this store is very clean also.Love this place
