Went right after they opened. It was the nastiest, most unorganized I have ever seen it. The front door was propped open and when I walked in, the smell of marijuana was overpowering. They need to pay higher wages and get some decent help.

Nice clean store, has been newly remodeled. I Deducted a star because it seems like they can never get enough help to work at this store. Previously I have seen one person working the whole store, which is insane. I feel bad for them when I go in, you can tell they are overworked and stressed. They Need more help!

If I could give this place a negative star, I would. They desperately need people that are willing to work and not stand outside smoking. Signs on the door and register saying no cash because they do not have a clerk working up front. Making customers use self checkout. Nothing is ever stocked on the shelves. Coolers are always empty. The aisles are always blocked with carts of products that need to be on the shelves. The only product that is stocked is what vendors have brought in. The floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in forever.

I went in while the registers were down and they were accepting cards only. There was a couple of people in front of me using self checkout and that machine seemed to be messing up too. Anyway, the girl that was up there was very rude and condescending to her customers. I left, but that behavior shouldn’t go unnoticed. I didn’t catch her name, but maybe a manager or someone she works with can talk to her about it. I understand work can be stressful especially when things aren’t working, I work as a waitress myself and know first hand. But the customers should be taken care of with respect just like you would treat anyone else.

I have watched this store go from being a total wreck to a very nice neat and clean store, the ladies there are sooo over worked and severely underpaid, but they do their job and never complain. Thank you ladies very much for your hard work to make all our shopping quite pleasant again..

Salina sucks, rude people, I don't even go there, I'd rather spend $1.00 more at harps, and stock is never put up, never milk or bread,....it's a mess, I can't believe corporate, DM doesn't see this, pryor is almost as bad, but they can't be blamed for being in an old Sears building or something, I like Locust Grove...

The products in refrigerator section seems to be always empty. Very little to no stock on shelves. No regular cash register open, them saying the credit card machines are broken. The store manager and district manager should be ashamed of how this store looks.

Rarely go but when I do carts full of stock are in the way trying to go down isles and they don’t ever answer the phone from my experience

This has to be one of the nasties, unorganized dollar stores I’ve been in. Whatever you do don’t use the “customers only” restroom! Dollar General should be ashamed!

The man on duty that day was rude. I have twin infants that dont walk yet and i asked for assistance finding a basket and he told me he is to busy continued working on his current task and a customer brought me an empty basket while i was trying to shop. Tall dark hair slinder built. And before this experience i received some coupons and used one and i did NOT get the $3 off and i got the correct products and i still paid full price. And prior to all this the old sales tags are up or in the wrong places. Sale tags dont ever have enough description vs what the employees say.

I have been trying to call and ask about various products for a whole week. Multiple times a day. Busy signal every time! I am calling frequently. As often as I try to call it is very doubtful that it is other people calling.

We got online looking for Lysol spray .. dollar generals app and website ... they both said they had limited stock but they had it. We drove down there and the lady behind the counter informed us they had it but it was still in the back. I hate to say it but I think they should have just said no we don’t have any Instead of yes we have it but no we won’t even look for it ...... I guess they can’t help it they work for the Mickey Mouse store ...
