Would rather talk about the issues at work than actually talk to their customers. Customer service is usually always horrible. They are always in a hurry to get you out and usually aggressively give you your change back. I don't come here unless I absolutely have too. Very unprofessional.

I was in there this evening and the female employee treated me as an inconvenience and interrupting her flirting time with her male coworker.The "in" door isn't working properly and they can't understand why their sign they placed on the door isn't helping people with their door. I guess a warm body is better than nobody. I'd give zero stars if I could.

There is always a long line with one checker. Instead of having one or two stocking I feel that two or more should be checking customers out. Not just this dollar store all of them. They need to fix that problem. It's so bad that I will go to another store that is not a dollar store, pay more money for my items, rather than wait in a long line because there is only one checker. FIX IT!

The store is always clean. You get to know the workers by name. If robin or carolyn are on the job, they always welcome you with a great attitude. Like family to me. I moved here 4 years ago, they welcomed me from the very first time i walked into the muldrow, ok store. Kudos ladies. Happy holidays to you both and all the workers in your store.

As with most Dollar Generals this one is also very cramps and a bit messy. However they are always worth shopping at as you will always find a deal on something and not leave empty-handed.I neither like nor dislike as chain. I feel they fill a need and will be around for some time.

One of the nastiest bathrooms ive ever seen. Dirty tp on the floor. Looks like it hasnt been clean in months. Staff is friendly but there's only one cashier. Floors are filthy. Shelves are very dirty. If your going to sell food, you need to keep your store cleaner.

Have a few things if you need them bad enough to deal with the staff. Bad about locking up early. They tend to leave the exit door unlocked though so you can sometimes still get in.

I got told not to let my kids walk around barefoot inside the store by an employee. The employee said not to because "people pee on the floor and its not cleaned up right away". Thats discusting. Your also not allowed to carry backpacks or push strollers or wagons around in this store.

Filthy dirty floors , Place is usually messy .. Hardly if ever one cashier on duty ....Much rather go to WalMart in Fort Smith or to another D.G. in Fort Smith ... However I did notice that they did at least sweep the floors ..But still very dirty in there .

Shelves always half empty. Most of the time there is only one person checking you out and there is constantly 5 to 8 people waiting in line. Store unorganized and dust on products
