12/1/2023 - Brought my son in for a meal. He started eating his burger, and there was a Wadded up sticker inside. I took it to the assistant manager, And all he said was it will not hurt him. Not a refund, not I'm sorry, my bad, anything. Extremely unprofessional. I started eating my burger and it was half raw. I am including a picture.

Christina , the manager on shift was rude from the start. We were told they were slammed and it might take too long for us to get food on our 30 minute meal break from work. There was a family of 5 and two more folks in the lobby and two cars in the drive thru. Then we had ordered a large drink and she forgot it so when we asked for it she gave us two smaller cups for the inconvenience. Makes no sense.A bad manager makes for a bad dining experience.* I wish to extend a public thank you to the owner of this establishment for reaching out to me so quickly. I look forward to speaking further privately. I also want to let you know that we work 3 minutes away and frequent your restaurant, we have no plans to stop now, we will be back again I'm sure.*Please resend the link, it has disappeared.

This was a great restaurant with great food and service!Ordered an Arby's Beef N' Cheddar combo meal and an additional sandwich. The employee was very friendly and efficient! Received order promptly and accurately.The food was hot and fresh and very tasty.The lobby was clean with the drink station area stocked and well organized.

The lady at the window was kind. The lady taking my order was kind. The food was not what I wanted, Mac n cheese cold, gyro said no tomatoes had tomatoes. Did not give me my sauces or fork so I went inside and when I asked for my sauce the cook said “maybe” and scuffed off then kept looking at me like with a mean look. The older lady at the counter just dismissed me like folding bags was more important than getting me my order. Just disappointed.

Arby's has a pretty delicious Beef Brisket sandwich. As a trucker, I've eaten brisket sandwiches from Arby's all over the country bc Arby's is at many truck stops. However, this location has to be one of the worst Arby's in the nation. My first sandwich was mostly fat with very little brisket, and they replaced it. The second sandwich still had a lot of fat and, this time, large sections of BONE. I should have taken photos, but they were closing mid-day due to computer issues, and I was sick to my stomach. On a side note bc of this, my Arby's brisket sandwich addiction is broken. The vanilla shake was good.

Took forever to get our food and we were the only customers there. They put all the order, 4 people's orders, in one bag. As the employee was handing the bag out of the drive thru window the bag ripped causing us to lose curly fries. She didn't even offer to replace them.Glad this isn't my local Arby's, if it was I definitely wouldn't go there again.

Sooo they advertise the smokehouse brisket sandwich meal for 7.79, then why did they charge me 11.29? I got ripped off at Arby's in roland oklahoma.

I tried McDonald's (across the road) from this Arby's. Employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. I came to Arby's. They're pros here. I usually check to make sure my order (drive-thru) is accurate, prior to leaving. I knew it'd be correct.I'm getting ready to eat & the order is accurate.Per my receipt-- Employee: Register 400, @ 2:57pm--identifies the employee. Kudos, ma'am!

I've been to a number of Arby's restaurants. There's not much better after a long gun show like Tulsa. My dog and I were both really hungry and Arby's is a top pick. The food was really good and the CS was great. We probably stop by again. Especially if I can remember to check for coupons.

We ordered a reasonable amount of food for the size of our family, 2 chicken strip combos (with fries), two fish sandwiches with separate sides, and drinks. We got NO DRINKS, NO side, and we didn't get a fry because they didn't ring it up as a combo along with our modifications to the sandwiches not made. I WOULD NOT GO HERE AGAIN. They didn't care about the customers or their own jobs.

Old reheated fries. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap that didn't have any bacon only 1 TINY slice of tomato dried out chicken and they didn't even have it wrapped up right.. getting as bad as McDonald's.. 🙄

I recently went in and placed an order. Spent 38 dollars there. When I got home I discovered my order was wrong. I reported it to the manager. I ordered potato cakes got the most awful broken up with burnt pieces curly fries, did not receive the aujus that goes with a French dip. Manager stated she would replace missing items which was fine but who wants aujus without a sandwich? Check your order before you leave!
