Every time I go in there the shelves are half empty. And, nobody seems to want to help you. They just say they don't know. Every time I try to use a coupon there's a problem with it. Several of them have said if the register won't take it, there's nothing they can do. I know that's wrong because several years ago my sister managed that store. The company needs to teach their employees what to do to get a coupon to go through when it's obvious that the coupon is good and you fought exactly what the coupon said.

Poorly stocked. Isles blocked with restock items. Isles too norrow. So much that 2 customers cannot pass with a cart in opposite directions. Too much chit chat with customers at registers. Avaikability of in stock items not reliable. Might as well go to WM.

The Manager Miss Tiffany is a pure joy to be around every time I enter the Ratlff city store it is clean,all employees are always helpful, Dollar general is a definite bonus to Ratliff city

I love having this store so close to my house. Don't have to drive to Walmart all the time now. Usually they have what I am looking for. Great staff, very helpful.
