They have a pretty good selection of just about everything but I don't like the fact that there aren't many actual cashiers. Bring back people and teach them the way Sam Walton wanted. Not too many employees greet us customers or offer assistance and Sam wouldn't be too happy to see what happened since his death. Also all Walmart stores don't look for items that are made in America. China doesn't have many rules as far as ingredients and other safety factors for us customers. Bring Trump back!!!

Alright, I've been to a lot of Wal-Mart stores, but this one actually made me very happy. This store is very clean overall, especially RESTROOMS. I've never seen the cleanest restrooms . Good job, Wal-Mart and kudos to the cleaning department!

As an introvert, I would love to do most of my shopping online, but I want to select my own meat and produce. Wal-Mart stores are, for me, a necessary evil. Too loud, too crowded, too many clueless people with no reason to be in public due to lack of hygiene or sense of personal space. I blame Wal-Mart for creating this undesirable atmosphere.I will say that Wal-Mart has done very well at carrying a lot more grocery items of good quality for people who are shopping with keto and other dietary needs in mind.The Purcell location seems to be clean enough, but it can be annoying to navigate the store when so many of their main alleys are cluttered with pallets. I understand that mid-day restocking is needed at times; I just wish it didn’t need to interfere with in-store traffic.

It's a Walmart super center, what can you say. Sometimes I have a good shopping experience, sometimes not so much, I do have to say this is my least favorite super center I've been too. Keep getting bothered by homeless people getting in or out of my car, especially when I'm loading groceries. It feels like the bums just watch shoppers waiting to see what they can get. It's very sad, but also very annoying.

We started online ordering and pickup during covid and loved it. If you are elderly/have health issues it is a blessing to have someone else do the walking. Friendly, courteous personnel. We occassionally go in store if needing a specific sized item.

Had out of date baby formula. Months out of date. It was set up in the aisle. Next time i went there were no out of dates. Thank you for promptly getting on that. But it should not have been on the shelf

Did not receive an item in my pickup order. There is no longer an option to get a refund in the app for a missing item. They make you call the 1-800 number or go to the store to pick up the item or get the refund at the customer service desk. I live 10 miles away from the store. The 1-800 number makes you go through hoops to get to an actual person, and there is no option for missing items. Then once you get a person it is not without complications and hold time. So the customer is punished for the mistake of the store no matter the route taken. 1. didn't get the item; 2. customer inconvenienced to make it right.The correct approach would be to DELIVER THE MISSING ITEM WALMART!!!! (Yes you deliver to my area.)

Somedays are better than others for returns here. I had a big return and couldn't figure out which card I had purchased it with. They were not going to credit me until i came up with the right cc. Its great value brand so its not like I could have purchased the products elsewhere. OTT.

Purcell Walmart made Black Friday a wonderful and fun experience this year. They even had a refilling station of orange juice and cookies, too keep customers strength up for shopping 😂.I was in the Christmas Spirit to shop, so I wore a Elf dress. I ran into three ladies also dressed to shop in Grinch shirts, just had to take a photo.Thank you Purcell Walmart for making Black Friday a happy memorable occasion.

The cashier tossed a head of lettuce on the top of a tomato. When I asked her to hand me the bag, she threw in potatos before handing the bag to me. Guess the cashier wasn't intelligent enough to understand not to toss heavy items on a tomato. Very sad.

I love this walmart! The employees are always so nice and friendly!!! I love the cashiers, we always chat. I love the small town atmosphere. This location is clean and tidy! The food is always fresh snd looks good. I do walmart pick up bi weekly, and it’s always done correctly. The workers who do the online pick up are always So nice snd helpful. I love everything about this store! ❤️

Walmart In Purcell Oklahoma Is Hands Down The Worst Store I've Ever Been too, They Treat their employees really really awful, The Manager over Bakery Is a Meth Head, she is rude as hell, makes the lead cake decorater Do Most of everything by herself while she allows herself and her friends to take any days off that she wants. She is rude to the customers and is always breathing hard and sweating all over the bakery. I would not recommend anyonegoing to this store at all.
