So, this use to be a 5 for customer service....but, when I began working with TSC, I would have definitely given them a 5. But, as I was forced to change to the Purcell location (due to my elderly mother's health and becoming her caretaker).....I began to see some things that were VERY concerning. First, I was in the door less than a week when I was witnessing unethical behaviors to the extreme. Then I began to notice that the employees were always too busy to help with customers loads. I had even heard one of our long time employees tell a customer that they could load cattle panels on their own, "their not that heavy". Wow, my son and I were in just doing our shopping and picking up supplies when we overheard this comment. My son promptly said, "I'll help you load that".*As a preferred plus memeber you are suppose to have benefits that are extended to you. One of those is a same day delivery. This feature has come in handy when we have needed to make a purchase for feed while my mother was down with a broken hip. But, then when we ordered (this was only after reporting the unethical behaviors in the building/business)....we did not receive our order until the four days later. This left our animals without feed, since there was no other place to obtain feed in our area (and given the fact we had learned that we could "depend" on this "same day deliveries" when we had need of them in the past). Again WOW! Tractor Supply is just not the company I had learned to believe in and be proud of. What's happening TSC? WHERE did your "neighborly", customer service attitude go???***BTW: Miss Smith review below...I witnessed that horrible behavior towards her. It was appalling how she was treated and what was said about her behind her back. And, she wasn't the only one treated that way, there were numerous others (one an educationally challenged individual) who was working for us, who was called "retarded" by the same coworker that (continued to ask other employees "out" ). It just seems there are some very disturbing behaviors that TSC need to reevaluate and remove from their production crew. If TSC had taken Miss Smith's review and her concerns seriously....then this review change wouldn't have been necessary. (sigh) 😞

Ordered 5' rotary cutter from Purcell Tractor Supply for same day delivery. Delivery man Bryan was prompt, courteous and friendly. Additionally, he went way above and beyond installing some parts on a sweltering hot day. Thank you to Tractor Supply and Bryan!

Putting 1 star because I would put zero if I could. My experience as an employee was horrible! They say “ we’re a team” but no one has the gumption to be friendly here. I have worked retail for almost 11 years and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had.I was cut down and issues were addressed in front of customers and employees, harassed about my boyfriend ( he used to work there) , when I would ask for help I would get “ do it yourself “ solutions. The management is fake and never listens to anything you have to say. I worked I. The greenhouse area where on a balmy 80* it would feel 150*. When I complained about the heat I was given a shop fan that just blew hot air.My last day I was helping a customer on the phone and another employee ( receiver) got aggressive and asked in front of customers if I had any weight restrictions. When I said no he told me that I could have gotten the load out he was doing. I looked at the manager and she said “ well you could have if you were just standing there”.A. I was helping a customer on the phoneB. I didn’t even know the load out existedC. Making light of my medical issues and embarrassing me in front of everyone is not okay.I quit about 30 minutes later because obviously me doing my job didn’t matter. I would not recommend this job to anyone , even if they were homeless. No job is worth the mental anguish I went though everyday.

Very helpful. My wife and I came in yesterday she wanted to buy me a black Justins cowboy hat. I called and the woman working went and made sure they had my size there before we came in and sure enough they did. They really do have some good folks working there not to mention the store being very clean and organized.

Great place for many items you need. Like buying dog and cat food here. Good products. I also purchased my first pair of Blue Jean's from this place. If they last 6 months. I will have gotten my monies worth. Check the price out on these Jean's. Its nuts and that's the price all the time.

Had an issue today with an item that was purchased online. Drove from Edmond to get the item only to find out it had been sold not even an hour earlier and no more in stock. Spoke with Quinton at customer service and he handled it like a pro, accepting my plea for a similar yet better product at a significant discount. He went above and beyond, I would recommend Tractor Supply in Purcell. Thanks, Q. Kudos, I hope you get a raise! First time customer saved. We’ll be back.

yeah we went to Tractor Supply my son-in-law Jack and I to buy a sit down lawn mower for our farm out in Purcell very very nice experience I believe the young lady who helped us with her name I believe was Tuesday and she did a great job she was so helpful and so pleasant while she did it anyway and the lawn mower is running beautifully and I have no complaints at this moment it was a great experience thank you Tuesday we will come back whenever we need my daughter goes all the time for her horses to Tractor Supply thank you so much

It was a typical Tractor Supply with a EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD cashier that wasn't just a cashier. The way I was HELPED too get what I needed in such a way that I haven't seen in 30 years or more, she was of great help, service and was able to see the was a excellent employee and NOLAGABLE an should be the district manager in Oklahoma not just a Cashier 5 star service !!!

They were very helpful my wife. She has neck and back problems, but needed to pick up 50 lbs of dog food. They loaded into the cart and then loaded it into the car for her. Thank you for helping her!

Big boss is fake and unfriendly... I give 2 stars cause a few of the supervisors are very friendly and helpful. The rest are young kids that have no idea or the boss which most of the time if I see ill turn around and go somewhere else.

Great place for your home and ranch needs! I have been a customer here for quite a few years and they have many of the parts I need for my tractor from the hydraulic fluid, cotter pins, hitches, etc. My equine needs, wormer, halters, tack, supplements, and so much more. They also have some really great lawn and garden decorative items. They are great for poultry needs, wild bird food and feeders, dog food and supplies. You name it they most likely have it and their prices are very reasonable topped only by the customer service they provide. They treat you like friends and family with that small town feel! Give them a try!

They offer a 5% discount for 20 bags of feed, but if they don't have enough stock you can't pre pay to get the discount, and pick up later. Terrible customer service.

Wonderful, Helpful, Curtious, Just great C/S... it was my first time going there after moving here from California just yesterday & I can definitely say you don't get treated like this anywhere in California. I'll be back!!!
