It is sad how times have changed. I was the youngest manager at this exact location. I prided myself on a higher standard of customer service. Yes, this is an employee problem because nobody wants to work these days BUT also a management problem. I would rather work that shift until I could hire another person then to have a employee's toxic energy fill the store. There have been times we rode past and had to go down to Valero because there was a sign on the door 'closed to clean restroom'. In my day you didn't close the store to clean the restroom you did it between customers. This happens on night shift with Dawn, an older lady who hates her job and it shows, but attitudes are horrible during the day as well. This seems to be a growing trend in the purcell area. Which is exactly why my family and I regret going to purcell for anything and would rather go to Norman. I do not want to walk into any store and feel like I am inconvenience because I am there.

Every time I come to this location . The cashier sherry is very rude.She has poor customer service skills and i'm starting to think she's prejudiced . It is not okay To not greet your customers.It is not okay to make your customers wait while you finish doing whatever it is you're doing.She needs to improve on a customer service skills

5/2/23 I’m not sure if making sandwiches has become too strenuous these days but this employee on night shift acts like she’s got to dig ditches every time we order a sandwich. Some people are so miserable they should not work with the public. Rude and hateful. Believe me if I could get lunch somewhere else I would but there’s not many options during the night.

I seldom pass thru Lindsay. When I do I definitely stop and take a break at this truck stop. Very nice staff. The Restroom is clean. In and out at the Fuel Island. Smaller parking and no showers. Other than that it is definitely a Love's!

I don't know who hired these people here at love's in Purcell but they are the most rudest people I've ever came across, like your bothering them. It has made it where my entire family will NEVER go back in again. What's sad is they would totally get my entire family's business because we all live so close but now we would rather go to Valero. Does love's teach them to be like that??????

They have the best Dr Pepper fountain drink, and the mini combo pizza. Clean bathrooms. Friendly faces.

A Very Clean Loves Country Store with clean bathrooms, Loves Subs, Godfather's Pizza and no ethanol gas. The stores staff was kind and helpful , always willing to make what ever food you need including Otis spunkmyer Cookies.

This store has 100% gas and the prices are much higher than Norman or the OKC metro. The Godfathers pizza is good. They make sandwiches but no subway.

Always get greeted with a smile and a nice attitude. Hard to get a the pump sometimes but that's just cause of good service. Keep it up.

I go here all yhe time and the last two times I am standing at the counter and the cashier is making a sandwich both times the customer told her to go help the other people at the counter she then says no that's okay it's not going to take me very long I have waited at the counter for a grand total of 10 minutes each time the cashier Emily needs to learn some better customer service skills
