People told me he's never open . Well he's always been open when I went . He works by himself and sometimes life happens and he's late but he gets there be patient it's worth the wait . He's got the best selection . He's extremely knowledgeable and eager to help . His prices are better then most and he carries things the other stores don't . If you want to get what you need the first time go here . Otherwise let ace sell you everything you don't need .

The store was a mess with garbage piled up behind the counter, on the shelves and walking space was difficult because it was such a mess. The older gentleman working was not help. In fact I asked for a toilet auger, but that’s not what he gave me, it was a sink auger that didn’t work. When o called about it was so harsh and rude on the phone. I’m not looking forward to returning the product if he’s working. I will not shops there again.

RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND DON'T HAVE WHAT I LOOK FOR. We are slowing getting repair done for the house and we bought over $200 worth of stuff for different projects. When we purchased shut off valves. And was told to open them when we got them home to make sure they fit and we did. When we returned the valves the old man was rude and said he shouldn't have taken them back they were open and not put back in the package correctly!! I am all for supporting local stores but they have officially lost my business after this last incident.

Not surprised it coked permanently. Went in and ask for something he said if we have it it’s back there. LOL I said ok went to Ace Hardware great service all the time. Had to leave one star!

This place had what I was looking for where the big box stores failed. Plus the owner was so helpful will be my go to place first. What a hardware store should be!
