Bought gum to get $100 back off MY card at self checkout. Went to service desk to get $1s. Was told we DO NOT give change back. I said what?!? Dorothy pointed at her badge and exclaimed I AM the team lead up front and NO we do NOT ever give customers change. I said simply open drawer and exchange bills. She told me to go buy something and the cashier could give me ones. Dorothy was very RUDE. What a poor example of a Walmart employee! Where's the customer service? Customers are #1...well I guess not at Dorothy's service desk...since she thinks she's the boss. Shake my head!

This rating is given specifically for the deli. I am a truck driver that frequents this walmart 5-7 times a month. And today for the third visit in a row I headed over to the deli to get something to eat. And I found for the thirds visit in a row a very poor selection and what was available looked like absolute trash. I am normally a huge fan of the walmart deli. However I must say the deli at the walmart in pryor Oklahoma is a epic fail. And it is my opinion the corporate should just close the deli in this location. It is obvious the deli employees at this location have zero pride in what they do. And could care less what they serve you.

Do not use their service department. They want to try an get you to spend more money and more time to do a job you have already paid for! They refused to put the tires on I ordered cause it's not what the vehicle requires. Tried to refund the whole order an sell me more expensive tires that I can't afford to get. I am a father of 7 kids only working parent they have. It's difficult to buy a whole set brand new but I manage to do what I can. Now I imagine I'll be out another $130 to have it done else where. Appreciate it Walmart service department!

Self-checker lines are bad for are younger generations. It cuts out jobs. We have so many people flooding are nation who need and want jobs. Then I saw a self check-out at a convention store. Soon they'll have robots cleaning the store, scanning the shelf's, unloading trucks and stocking shelf's. With out jobs, who will have money?. Besides the greedy Wal-Mart.

Found Everything as Usual. We Had To Wait in Line at the Checkout. Not Enough Checkers I Refuse to use Self Checkout. My 85 Year Old Mother Couldn't Find a Handicap Cart. To many Carts not Working.

This walmart has gotten worse and worse over the years, if you dont need to go to a super center, head to locust grove. Locust grove has one of the best managed walmarts I have ever been in. Super kind staff and clean store

I go here to shop if course. While I shop I look around at all the cool things I want. Some things I like, and can make me feel like a kid in a candy store at times. 😆 So I do like shipping here. I don't always shop here, but do get what I need.

I love shopping at Wal-Mart , especially for sales!!I use to use their pharmacy, but I have recently changed my pharmacy to Beggs Pharmacy in Pryor, because I had 2 of my Surgeons tell me that Pryor Wal-Mart pharmacy gave them a hard time when they called in my 1 week of pain medicine (Lortab 5) after my 2 surgeries, and that they have the same issue when they call in medicine for their other patient's as well. So at my next Dr. Appointment I mentioned it to my Dr. And she said she has the same problem with Pryor Wal-Mart pharmacy, that they give her a hard time when prescribing certain medications (even for short term pain relief,after patient has surgery).I like it when a Pharmacist is very knowledgeable in their field and when he/she keeps the patient informed of their prescribed medicines and if there will or will not be an issue adding a new medication with what the patient is already taking, but I do not agree with a pharmacist and/or a pharmacist tech calling the Doctor to argue about a medicine they don't agree with what the Doctor had prescribed, that the patient's Doctor knows the patient and their medical history much more than the pharamcist/pharmacist tech!

Two stars because me , my aunt and my kids went and bought 3 cell phones that day for the electronic department. Each one of us picked out a cricket phone and gave it to the lady behind the counter in the electronics. But instead of giving us the cricket phones we handed her the cards for she gave us at&t phones . They were like $50 more expensive each. And I have cricket service and I told her that I specifically had cricket service and wanted the cricket phones they were available and In stock but she gave all 3 of us at&t phones . I have cricket service i paid almost $100 dollars per phone instead of $50

I enjoy Walmart I go to Walmart we all go to Walmart most everybody knows what a Walmart is then it would have Walmart has an unfortunate recurring problem at the Pryor Walmart is the milk section if you look at my photos of Walmart the milk oftentimes isn't restocked or isn't move forward it can be quite frustrating now that said I love all the clearance stuff I love the low prices I love some of the things that they make I love some of the products that they have and I'm not going to stop shopping there that's for certain if you go there you know what I'm talking about now do they always have everything no they don't but their site to store is getting much better and they make inroads they've started talking to people listening to people I heard him talking the other day to somebody about something they didn't have and said all we could look into getting that that was knew I hadn't heard that in a very long time normally it's oh well will ship it in just for you and it'll be yours and it'll go away now the drop off pick up whatever you'd like to call it the grocery app is a lifesaver I had someone in the family who had a medical issue and could not for a very a variety of reasons get out and do the shopping physically themselves so they picked it out on the app and it was beautiful that they would come pick it up for you and bring it out to your car and loaded up for you it's a wonderful thing I've used the pick-up kiosk inside they don't have all the kinks worked out of the pick-up kiosk yet I was there and and we had a few issues but all in all really good stuff I like the way this store is trending I like the remodel I just wish they would work on the restocking the shelves

No good. Had to request cashier. Lines backed up. Cashier who came on register 4 said ina upset voice, "4 is open. Seemed upset because she had to run register. The person at service desk said, "I will get someone when I can, in an annoyed tone. Thank you for caring

All Walmart supercenters are the same. They’re horrible. Their employees are rude and hateful. I hate shopping at Walmart. I hate even going in there for one thing and on top of that they want you to check yourself out and do their job and then stop you at the door to make sure you did their job, I say boycott Walmart, Walmart, horrible kill small town businesses Walmart at glomerate giant that kills everything it touches

Walmart is no good. Customer Service has went to hell. Watch what you buy and may have to return. They harass and make you feel bad for bringing something back after the thousands of dollars I have spent here over the years. I will take my money elsewhere. Screw YOU WALMART Your Customer Retention Plan Sucks. Sam Walton is rolling in his grave right now. His kids will run it to the ground. You will fail.

Basically have about anything a person could want or need. From groceries to clothes,kitchen accessories, camping,sporting goods,to tires or battery for your car. Dont plan on getting change though without making a purchase..

This Walmart has more items than my hometown Walmart. I always look forward to shopping here. Deli food is a great place for a quick lunch while you shop.

I drove 7 miles from highway 412 to get some food late for dinner. I went in at 10:50 and hurried to finished by 11:00. They stated on the announcements that at 10:55 they were closed. I walked out at 11:01. I hate lazy people who close early. The sign says 11:00. False advertising. They use to be open all night. 5 minutes won't hurt. I mentioned to one person and they just looked at me.

I live closer to the Wagoner Walmart then I do the Pryor Walmart. But the Wagoner Walmart is so disorganized and dirty that I will go out of my way to come here. This is a very well laid-out store and very clean!

Has an okay selection. I used to work here for over a year, doing everything for starting cashier pay (layway, ogp, electronics, stocking, lawn and garden etc” never got a raise. eventually quit for that reason. Most of the staff here really seem incompetent and are extremely slow especially cashiers. There are also always workers in the isles blocking customers with no awareness, leaving pallets out unattended. Often there are no workers at self checkout. Which is often overcrowded due to only one or two cashier isles being open. I love self checkout but a lot of people dont and struggle to work the machines and feel it is the only option. The store and bathrooms are usually messy. Customer service ignores phone calls. Wic doesnt work properly at this store. If youre using something like wic or food stamps id recommend LG walmart instead. Very mediocre walmart. Due to staff / management

I went there to purchase 8 bags of potting soil, so I parked on the north end of the garden center and walked in to the garden area and asked a lady working in there if I could get some help, she told me i would have to go clear up to the checkout stands, after walking clear through the store to the other end and wait in line for to long of a time i finally got up to the cashier and told her what i needed she looked in a catalog but couldn't find what i needed so i had to walk all the way back to where i parked my truck empty handed. What a waist.

Made an order for pickup. Was given a date and time for pickup. When I arrived and called. I was informed that I had no order waiting and that it had been canceled because they were out of stock. No email canceling my pickup time so I wasted my time. Better call and make sure they have your order before going to pickup.
