Pulled up at 3:52 and went to pull on the door and it was locked so I called. The girl answer and said she was on lunch and she's the only person there. I waited because I've been trying to get in here for almost 2 weeks. I must have pulled on the door the moment she locked it because at 4:22 she unlocked the door. This is the 3rd time in the past 2 weeks this store has been closed during operating hours. Good luck getting inside.

The two ladies at the store were very rude! They told me that the product wasn’t right for me and then when I asked what product would work the best they would tell me it was my personal preference and nothing else and walked away. I asked them multiple questions and they were very snooty and rude. I also have a non verbal Down syndrome brother and they kept looking at him like he was disgusting and then my mom explained that he was nonverbal and they just shook there head and walked off! Then heard the saying stuff about him and looking him up and down. We will not be back! Very poor service!

The service is always amazing. I'm a black woman in a predominantly white town. They've made sure there were hair and make-up products for myself and the few others black people here. Very kind staff!
