Ordered a biscuit and gravy combo in the drive through and the person asked if I wanted a single or double. I asked for a caramel frappe with the combo and was told they don’t have them at this location… asked for a caramel mocha instead and was told they were cleaning the machine… at 7:30 AM. Also asked for two apple pies with the order. Received the order and went on my way and discovered not only did I get my biscuits and gravy replaced with a big breakfast with hotcakes but the also only gave me one of the two apple pies I paid for. McDonald’s is a joke and this location sums up their entire franchise in one interaction. Never eating Crapdonalds again.

This was a terrible experience... Every single table was dirty. We had to ask 2 workers to clean a table off for us. The first one said sure and then went to the back and got on his phone. The second one rolled his eyes and didn't say a single word to us and then barely wiped a few tables (you could still see salt on them after he 'cleaned' them. We waited 30 minutes for our food and a door dasher had to wait even longer than we did.This store gets worst every year.

I ordered a large fry on the app, no salt and I forgot to order barbecue sauce like I always do, which is the only way I eat these fries. I pull up to the window and they tell me “here are your fries with no EXTRA salt.” Not no salt like I requested.I then ask for three barbecue sauces, and the girl at the window shouts to the manager all snarky “she wants three barbecue sauces” the manager then responds “no, I’ll give her one” I said nope I want three, charge me if you want, but when I order on the app, I can get three barbecue sauces with my fries for free. The manager, then proceeds to walk over to tell me that they are “about to” make changes because they’re eating a lot of of their costs. I then ask if they are fixing to implement changes for condiments or if they already have. She tells me that they are fixing to, and then proceeds to charge me for them anyway. I’m sorry but if you order a large fry for $4 and they only fill it half way, then they aren’t eating any cost and the people that work there, including the manager, are not paying for barbecue sauce out of their pockets. To treat someone so badly for asking for barbecue sauce and for the employee at the window to shout across the store that I wanted three barbecue sauces like it was something atrocious is is uncalled for and I will be contacting corporate about my interaction.

Store seems automated then customer friendly and family based as McDonald's are crew members need a lot of training and brain cells only one (1) worker goes above and beyond she great taking orders fast at making food and nice friendly customer service her name is Aime Roldan - Johnston she deserves a raise and to run this storeKid-friendliness: They told toys out awhile back and no room for big groups

I come here semi frequently since it's close by and the experience is ALWAYS terrible. I wait 20min-1hr in line just got them to try giving me the wrong order. When I tell them it's the wrong order the make me pull forward and wait another 20 minutes. This happen every time, not most times EVERY time. Seriously this place needs to get it together. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

I go to McDonalds if I'm in a rush and I'm away from my office around lunch time. So twice this week and both times they have messed up my order. Today they completely forgot about me. I paid and they told me to go to the end of the lane and they would bring my order (nothing special or customized). I wait 10 mins then backed up to the window...they forgot about me and had to remake my order. I took my order got to my office only to find out they gave me a quarter pounder I stead of a Big Mac. They gave me a free pie (didn't ask for it) it was cold.On Monday I ordered a Big Mac, McChicken, filet-o-fish. They gave me a double cheeseburger and 20 piece McNugget. I turned around and they acted like I messed up the order even though I gave them my receipt and even returned the uneaten food to them.

I stopped to grab breakfast for myself and family. I literally walked into the establishment, went to bathroom and no approach me at the counter. I saw the kiosk so I assumed it was service. It wasn’t. They just didn’t see me at the counter. lol Finally got our food after a 20 minute wait. Focus on the front counter and cameras..

I've never been to a McDonald's with this lack of service and 25 minutes for a BigMac and fries is nuts for 2024 fast food restaurants!! In the 25 minutes I waited for my food 3 people came in from the drive thru saying their orders were wrong. Fair warning for anyone trying to eat quickly, it sure wasn't happening the night I tried to.

Why is the frappe machine always "down" at the Pryor McDonald's? After I tried to use a code for a frappe, then they couldn't make the frappe, I couldn't use a different code for anything else. and to top it all off,... I get home only to find they didn't give me my sweet and sour sauce. Chouteau McDonald's isn't that far away... I'll go there from now on. Chouteau always gets my order right and their frappe machine works.

This particular McDonalds has gone downhill rapidly. The food isn't prepared to the same quality that other McDonalds is. The staff is always playing around, & when they consistently make a mistake it they never appear to be bothered by it. They almost never get our meals correct. I love this McDonalds being in my hometown, but I want them to try better & become that restaurant that we all use to be able to go to & get quality food, care, & service!!!

I've order the 2 Sausage Burrito combo twice this week and received only 1 burrito. Today, I decided to order the Sausage Egg McMuffin combo for myself and the Egg McMuffin Meal Combo for my mother. I received the delivery with NO hashbrowns and no sausage or cheese. When food is delivered you can't just run up to the store after 10:30 am to have them remake it. I'm not sure what's going on with your crew, but get it together! Also, the order receipt wasn't on the bag! I shared photos of my order on Door Dash! It's not the dasher's responsibility to make sure the order is correct, it's management's.

Food was made sloppy kets mustard was all over the wrapper and so I ate a cheese burger with a mess and the service sucked I won't be back what happened McDonald's yall used to be the go to guy when I didn't have much money and was hungry but this is not the first time some thing went wrong but if you have new employees I totally understand but most times you don't so let Pick back up where yall used to be bring back the play set for kids

Went thru the drive thru and didn’t receive all of my order. I’ll take part of the blame for not checking my order, but when the line is backed up around the store, I just wanted to help Soren things up. Tried calling the store twice with no answer. I would have went back, but had a sick child and couldn’t just get back out. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

I will never go to this McDonald's ever again due to stephone murphy works there he stinks like he don't take a shower and he served my food that's freaking nasty and also he smells like weed and that's contaminating my food I will never ever go there again nasty I will never go there again and I am reporting him to contaminating food to the health department!
