• Pros- Great place to shop. Fast and Friendly help with most items. I do understand that with all current events happening, it is totally fine for a store to not have what was needed at the time. Not their fault at all. Really it isn't and for what is missing was made up with an alternative that worked perfectly well. 10/10• Cons - additional register would have been nice, heard multiple tickets where put in place for that register. (And again, not this DG fault, way above.)• Additional - This store has been improving over the last 3 months (Shelves are faced, Isles are open and cleared), and when shopping the shelves (keep that "employee that has to put that back in mind"), and the store stays looking great!!ALL of the lovely employees deserve a raise for help and service this community!!

I noticed more organized shelves the last few months, even with COVID happening. I believe DG finally hired 'enough' workers or the new workers go Above and Beyond. The workers were Very pleasant. There is a new male worker named John or Johnny and he was the best worker/most helpful I've seen. Much better looking store! Good job to all the workers!!!!!

It seems they are always out of something that I just ran in for. Lol. I thought it would be nice, to have a DG just a few blocks from home, but it's a moot point, when they don't even have what you need! I can't count the times I've been in, and the shelves are completely bare on most things. And Idk how they can stand to work, with the smell, after having the floor redone, due to flooding. I could barely stand it, the few minutes I was in, the other day.Bless their hearts, cause the employees are still nice and helpful through it all!

This store is just never organized. There is always product on the floors either on or not on purpose. There are a couple of friendly employees. But most are more concerned about their phones instead of customer retention behaviors. I think it's just an inability to hire quality staff. Or maybe it is poor training. Not sure, but both of the dollar generals in our town are like this

Employees rudely insinuated I was probably going to shoplift so I was forced to leave my bag with them until I left the store. They did this in front of multiple customers. I was embarrassed and will never shop there ever again.

Do they have everything you want, no but they do have a good selection and not all is available at walmart. Do they beat Walmart on some items no. But they have some fun things the mart doesn't like a flavor for your water that is orange and caffeinated (mtn dew) I have found no where else. The staff is very very friendly and helpful one woman stopped her break to come help us. Some in our family have some challenges (disabilities) and the people there have always been very understanding and acceptance is rare in this world for this reason alone we like to occasionally go in here and check it out and see what they have.

I have app I save coupons but on a lot of occasions when I register my number it won't gasp the coupons.The cashier has told me you don't have them on your list. Yet when I show her my phone they see that they are saved. Just now I bought the dryer gain sheets. They were supposed to come Out for .95 and it still charged me $1.95. 😠 😠But I still go at times to try to see if the coupons work.Oh well

Less item options compared to the other DG on South Mill Street. One thing about this DG compared to the other one here in Pryor is that it is better maintained and less cluttered. Items are usually where they are supposed to be and easy to find. The employees at this store are almost always very helpful and kind. I shop at this DG more even though they don't have as many items as the other DG.

I don't know if she is a manager with dark hair kind of old is rude don't think I will not be going back to that store too many others to have to deal with the rudeness.
