Decent food, excellent ice cream. I'm always looking for place that carry no sugar added ice cream, and this place had a couple of flavors available. The Peanut Cluster Fudge was amazing in a malt, and they managed to avoid blending the delicious chunks into oblivion. You won't find Braum's too far outside of Oklahoma, so stop by if you're in the region.

Good prices. Love being able to upgrade drink to a shake for no extra charge. Kids enjoyed. The grilled chicken breast on my sandwich was a bit dry but as a whole sandwich was tasty.

Slow as molasses! Only had ONE person on the ice cream line during the busy Sunday lunch hour. During my 20 minute wait in line to order my shake and contemplating asking that my spot be saved so I could go to the restroom, a customer came to the line to complain about the mess of a bathroom they had. So I waited to ‘go’ when I got my shake to the car and went back in. The ‘mess’ in the bathroom was picked up so things looked good. But, upon washing my hands lo and behold no paper towels could be found. I don’t know what has happened to all the Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores, but I have not been to one in the last 10 years that has not been a DUMP with flies everywhere and employees who lallygag and have ZERO customer service. I used to love Braum’s and always looked forward to going to one the first chance I get when driving from MO to Texas. But I think I’m done. Especially since they quit making vanilla sodas. Good bye Braum’s! It’s been a long slow death, but it’s time. ☹️

I went thru the drive thru about 3:00pmThey were doing both lanes. I waited 12 minutes at the menu board to place my order. Three cars in the other menu board were helped before they even answered on my lane. After placing my order , I had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get my order. Then, I didn't get my receipt. I asked for it at the second window and was told that they probably threw it away sorry and shut the window. I was very disappointed by the service today.

I really love Braum's Ice Cream. But if I keep finding foreign objects in it, I'll have to find me a new place to get ice cream. It's not just this store. I have found chunks of frozen hamburger meat in a chocolate shake from a broken arrow Braums, some weird looking swirls in my ice cream from the Sallisaw Braums (kind of reminded me of oil or grease), and pieces of plastic in my ice cream from this Pryor Braums. These are only just a few things I have found in my ice cream over there the last year or so.

I love Braun’s but this location makes me not want to come here no more. My parents and I don’t usually take this route we have only stopped there twice we should’ve learned our lesson the first time as all the workers tried to avoid taking our order. Now this time around same thing happened they decided to take care of the people behind us and skipped us. Until a young lady helped us but wasn’t the most helpful. She clearly saw 3 of us and she checked us out after I told her what my parents wanted and completely ignored what I wanted. Is it cause we’re Mexicans? Idk what the deal is but they need to do better

Never got our food, had to leave without even paying. The person who took our order and met us at food window didn't know why we were there or even what our order was, bc they didn't have our order and couldn't get our order. All they could do was take our money and walk away from us with it, without us knowing how much either order was(we had made 2 orders) it was ridiculous! Very frustrating! Especially after a very long work day!

Usaully pretty on point.. Today they are doo doo.. Had a VERY SIMPLE order of 2 bacon cheeseburgers 2/no tomato.. One burger comes with nothing but bacon and cheese, the other bacon crumbs..the burgers were damn near crispy as the bacon crumbs. They didn't offer a refund or try to make it right, just told me they were out of bacon.. Is there not one place here that can stay consistent here.. The answer is no. The meal was terrible. I wish I could give no stars.

The manager working the window this morning 3/21/21 was great. Very friendly and great service. I asked for an unusual drink combination and she did great. Made the drink perfect.Unfortunately, since my initial review, this location has gone downhill. I don't know whether it's because they need more. Staff are overworking the ones they have there or low morale but the staff are inattentive. I stood in the ice cream line and had several staff walk past me and the ice cream and not even acknowledge me. The service here used to be great. I don't know what's happened but I wish it would go back to that.

Great place. Good fast service my food is usually right. However, I just went to get breakfast and soaked the inside of my car. The awning over the drive thru, I think, needs to be extended out so your completely under it. It's raining and poured off the roof into my car at the drive thru window. Just a suggestion. Not mad just throwing ideas

One of the best ice cream places I’ve ever been to. They generally have tons of flavors, sadly sometimes when you get to liking one flavor they may not have that one again for a while. And the service sometimes can be a little slow inside, but they do a good job.

My first time visiting this location. I was order #125 and #129. The gentleman working the Kitchen and calling order #'s really kept the food line flowing for both the dining area and the drive-thru. Very pleased with his efforts!

We were traveling from Dallas Tx. to Neosho Mo. I'm very familiar with Braums, have always LOVED them........NOT today.!!! 1. A cheeseburger was great the Sunday was good the fries were bad. Cleanliness of the store was not good, the restroom was horrendous didnt look like it had been cleaned in a week. Customers were complaining about the food and the service while we were eating. Will never stop in Pryor Oklahoma Braums again!!!!!

A very welcome place to stop! Both a fast food restaurant and a convenience store, it's clean, has excellent burgers, chicken strips, ice cream, and more. Spacious, good atmosphere, and apparently very popular with the locals!
