Waited for ever for my food, the runner lady bring it to me offered ketchup for the tots and I said yes and waited 20 minutes for it to never even show. Saw her hollered at her and completely ignored me. (It's very hot guys be careful tho seriously )

I can count on 1 hand the number of times that i went to this sonic, ordered, and my order came out CORRECT in a timely manner. This is absolutely not a shot at the teenagers/people who work there, moreso the manager. Don't really care to go there again until something changes. You're better off driving to Seminole if you want sonic. With how Derrick or whatever treats the employees, I'm absolutely shocked that this dude has been in charge for so long. What a joke.

Outstanding as always!😀👍👌❤They seem to always put cheese on my wife's burger when she asks them not to. They sometimes don't cut up my tomatoes and onions when asked. Other than that,, Keep Up The GREAT SERVICE! Food is Excellent, quick service as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME!

We waited over 30 minutes on a good order. We ordered ahead. We also pushed the button and no one answered the headset for a good 25 minutes. 4 chili cheese coneys and drinks with broccoli tator tots. The tator tots are burnt crispy. I am a carhop at a different location and this is unacceptable. Never had a problem until today.

I was ordering my food and she got off the speaker phone and I wasn’t done with the order!!! And the tea was unsweetened teas I asked for a sweet tea and I didn’t get any sauce with my mozzarella sticks and I tired to call but no one answer

Food horrible. Had to pay cash because the drive in credit card machine was broken. We wouldn't let them take our card inside without us being there. The grounds around the outside were dirty and gross.

Their drinks are good! I like their frenchfries if their not too cold, cause then they get a little hard. I wish their burger buns were freshly toasted, you know. And still thick, puffy fresh😍and steamy! Their a little flat and probably toasted at an earlier time, I really don't know. Not bad though.

Took 30 minutes to get corn dogs and drinks. Several stalls next to us that arrived after us ordered food and received prompt service. After seeing everyone on our side leave, I pushed the button to ask about our order and 10 minutes later it arrives.

Employees didn't know how to work the register or the a majority of the menu items. I had to come back for them to correct my order. Associate could not understand that a bacon cheeseburger without bacon and cheese is not a bacon cheese burger.Order was corrected and the food quality was good.

I waited over 45 minutes at the prague location and had to leave and come back. I pushed the button on a different stall and still didn't get a answere for over 30 minutes. Then I asked if the buttons were working because I have been waiting for a really long time and Christy was rude and was saying she was the only carhop and there was only 1 person on fountain. I probably won't be back to this location I have been here for over an hour

Sonics in Oklahoma City need to model themselves after this Prague location. The food is always perfect and hot and the staff are helpful and friendly. They don't leave hamburger patties laying around on a warmer until someone pulls up. They cook it all fresh like it is supposed to be done.
