I would give 0 if I could, bought batteries for work, put in money got the paper money back but not the .14 or my receipt which I need to get reimbursed. The manager couldn't figure out how to get my receipt so I asked her to write one out, she told me I could write it out. I insisted on getting a receipt so she said to take a picture with my phone which was in truck, I told her that and asked if she could take a pic and send which she did but refused to give me my .14 in change. Not the amount but the principle. Disgusting behavior for a manager.

Certain staff memeber I believe by the name of Kaye was very rude, store was extremely hectic. Do not recommend if you just want an in and out trip, self checkouts rarely ever work and you are lucky if there's even one open. Does NOT take cash, nor gives cash back.

I was told this is the biggest DG in the state.. I believe it , this is my first visit to Prague I didn't look at the sign when I went in with my driver & asked her the name of the grocery store ..🤣.. They have meat & vegetable section plus housewares, automotive & clothes .. Prague doesn't need a waldo-world they got the states biggest Dollar General ...Lots of parking

The dollar general company policy states a mask is required to enter the store during this horrible pandemic that has swept across our great nation but apparently the store in Prague Oklahoma has no interest in doing their part ( even knowing they have two large signs on the doors that say do your part face covering required to enter )to help stop the spread of this aggressive virus 99 percent of the people in the store are not wearing a mask including employee’s not only are people not wearing a mask you also have to deal with people not wearing shirts or shoes I have also witnessed employee’s selling alcohol and tobacco products to customers without asking for ID even when the customers are obviously underage. It’s a horrible store as much as I like to shop local to support my community and have always urged other tot do the same I highly recommend for people to stay far away from this store

Very well kept, employees are very kind and courteous. Stocking Crew are always willing to help find product for us and assist with bigger items.. Alot of new staff but I've got to say there awesome.! *Ison u've got a great Team keep up the good work!:)

Busy, need all register open, ppl don't like it when we wait in line for 30 minutes. More employees to schedule. And cashiers need smiles and hospitality makes ppl happy.TY, overall great place to get what you need...

Didn't have a good shopping experience yesterday at Prague dg went into the store it was busy 4 people in line, the young lady on the first register was trying to get the customers out as quickly I was surprised and the red headed girl acted like she couldnt check out anyone knowing there were 4 other peoplee in line? Instead she Walked around the isle talking, my point of work is working and a team effort. Won't be going back there

On some items it is cheaper if you can't leave town. The selection is limited. You can get the things you want but maybe not the brand you would prefer. Often the store is poorly stocked and you can't get everything you need. Items on "sell" a lot of the time will ring up at the normal price so you have to be on gard when check out. The store is cluttered most of the time and it is difficult to get up and down the already narrow isles

They were having a hard time for a while over a year ago manager didn't do so well. Took a while to get some management in there. The shelves got pretty empty! I bet you could'nt walk through the stock room! BUT NOW THE SHELVES ARE FULL and it seems like they have some good hard workers in there that really have some better work experience. MY SISTER WORKS THERE PART TIME!! YEAH!! Great Job DG 👍😍💖🌺🌼🌸🍀And a picture of my pretty curtains I found on sale at a really good price, 2 sets. And I just want to give a shout out, "Great Work" to the Managers there, and the workers. They really have made a difference to our community.

Dollar General still needs to get their act together in order to keep good employees and put enough workers on duty. "This is my advice." The shelves need to be stocked in order to sell and their still having problems in this area.

When I got ready to check out there was already 6 customers in line for the register. Within a matter of minutes there was an additional 5 more customers that got in line. Now I don't know if the DG policies have changed since I managed the DG stores but it used to be if there was e or more customers in line you had another cashier open up. I asked if she was the only employee working, she said there was one other and that she was on break. I told her she needed to call her off break till they got the customers taken care of. She looked at me like I had lost my mind and continued to ignore all the complaints.

Bare shelves, items stacked on carts in the back of store for days and days, I usually unstack the cart myself to get the items I need. Looked at the sale flyer and couldn't find items. Stood in line to check out one day for 20 minutes, one register open during rush hours. If I could give it a zero star I would. I hate to complain on a business but it's really bad. Watched an elderly lady try to unstack the cart to get an item, employee strolled right past her without offering assistance.

The floors are dirty. The aisles are nasty. Products on the floor. This store needs alot of help with cleanness and there shelves need to have products on it

There's never anything stocked not enough people to run this store or the meeker one either but the kids at the Prague one have a great attitude about their job no matter how hard their job is made for them and they are allways nice and helpful

The one in Prague had lots of empty shelves and the things I usually buy there were not unpacked yet or out of. Didn't get half the things on my list

This is probably one of the cleanest and we'll stocked Dollar General around these small rural towns in Oklahoma. And the staff are super friendly

Trashy...all DG stores are trashy.... buggies filled with stuff blocking the isles....stuff laying in the isles can't get through...1 checker, and a long line!!
